Worst

Brought my car in at 8 am for an appointment for a recall. Was told it would be a three hour appointment and my car should be ready by noon....I called at 11:45 to check and make ...

The work was done 6/2/2013

The repair man that was brought in did an average job but when I tried to find out how long it would take the service people just said they would let me know when it was done. I had to go ask the repair man myself about how long it would be. He was very nice about it and I don't see why the service people couldn't ask a simple question. Another thing I notice is when I came to check in the services guys had to finish talking about personal stuff before addressing me. It wasn't long but that is not very business like. The service department was excellent. 5/1/2013

It was the end of the month and I was buying a truck. I had some issues with my sales representative. I wouldn't say it was a bad experience, but I wouldn't say it was a good experience either. I had a very good experience with the service department though. They were excellent. Good deal on car and trade-in. Great response overall. 4/26/2013

Royal Gate was one of three dealships to respond to my Consumer Reports based inquiry. They provided the best information, soonest and had the exact caravan in stock I wanted (they have an exceptionally large stock). I traded two cars in, one was my wifes 5 year old car and the other a old van that we no longer needed. Got top dollar. Got great financing terms. Ended up with a payment that was only $5 a month more than the payment on a car, and what I got was a Caravan with a backup cam and all the features I wanted. Overall it was a great experience and an exceptionally sweet deal. Will definitely use them again. more
