We brought our 2007 Expedition EL in for a problem we were experiencing some of the time. No 'check engine' lights were on and there was nothing to indicate anything was worn with the car except a persistent 'missing' at certain RPM's. With nothing to go on and finding nothing specifically wrong with the car, the techs at Roys suggested a tune up including changing spark plugs. I was somewhat skeptical because I knew there was something wrong, but figured it couldn't hurt. The mechanics worked on my car on Labor Day and had it ready for us to cart our five kids around for the upcoming school week. I cannot believe how great the car is running! I can't remember it feeling so smooth and running so well. Who would have thought that a simple tune up could make such a difference. I am impressed with the quality of work, the fact that they worked on the car on a holiday, and the honesty and integrity overall. I am clueless about mechanics of vehicles and I could have easily been taken advantage of. It's refreshing to know that Roys Automotive has continued the honest tradition they have become so popular for throughout the years. more

I had you fix an electric window and you said i needed a new motor with an estimate of $419 dollars so i declined, and just wanted you to get my window into the up position which you did. The mechanic said he could prop the window up. I paid $99 dollars they also told be careful not to hit the down button on the window when i was leaving which made no since because it should not have mattered if the window was proped up. so I waited a day but i had to check for my self. The electric window is not propped up it works perfectly. Which leads me to believe it was just a short a loose wire. and you tried to rip me off. I was recommended to you by a personal friend. He was not happy to hear of this either. Questioning past work on other vehicles. You may loose more than one customer. more

I feel that 65 dollars was a high price with just mig there was not a whole lot to weld, you figure 15 an hour for labor, it took less than hour it was just a quick weld for 65 dollars. Point is you won't see me back, sincseriously, Justin A Whitaker more
