fantastic service 11/8/2011

I had both of my cars serviced on Saturday. They were very short handed buy still were able to finish both of my cars same day and even stayed open past hours to wait for me to pick up my car. Great customer service and reasonably priced. more

We've been going to Roy Foster's Automotive since we moved to Reno in 1989. The service is always great and, more important, trustworthy. Having mechanics we could trust has meant a great deal to us through a bunch of old, used vehicles. Thanks guys! more

I have been taking my vehicles to Roy's for over 3o years. They have consistently been honest, friendly, and most importantly reliable. Not only is Roy Jr. like Roy Sr. but Roy Jr's son Michael really carries on his grandfather's tradition of being the best in auto care. more

Love this shop 10/19/2011

Roy Foster's Automotive has been the only place I have taken my cars for servicing since 1985. The reason I have remained loyal to RFA is that Roy, Karl, and the technicians at the facility have never failed to provide superb, timely, knowledgeable service, fair prices, and a friendly atmosphere that welcomes the customer. Challenges with maintenance of my vehicles have always been met with accurate, timely analyses and repairs done expeditiously and accurately. I'll keep coming back. more

Long Wait - Little Work 10/17/2011

Disappointed with the outcome. Waited over 4 hours to replace a solenoid for an engine light (Emissions). Sat in the facility with the hood up on my car and saw no one touch it for hours. If they were waiting on a part they should have said something to me. Asked for an Oil Change and they forgot that. Waited until they wasted all of my time to tell me that they can't handle a problem with an Airbag service. Went elsewhere to get an oil change. more

Shock & Awe 10/16/2011

Please take a moment and read this review. The front pinion seal on my truck was leaking. It had been previously quoted at an $800-$900 job from another shop out on Plumb Ln. A friend of ours recommended R.F. auto and after a little research I gave them a try. Brought my truck in at 8:30 Sat. morning, not only was it fixed the same day(they even stayed late to finish the job) but I had a front end alignment done as well all for a total of $320 bucks!! I can't say enough about this shop. To meet a group of people in the service industry that actually treat it as such is SO rare these days. They have earned my business from now on. Thank you to everyone there!!! You are all incredible! more

Roy Foster's Automotive is one of the "Best" Shops I have taken my vehicle in to for service. I needed tires and regular servicing, they made a recommendation of type and brand, I could not be happier, they also Aligned my wheels and serviced my vehicle. Running better than ever!
