Outstanding Professional Service 8/9/2011

The plumber Daniel arrived within 35 minutes of my calling; promptly identifying himself, and explaining the costs and what he needed to do to solve our plumbing problem.\r \r He was extremely courteous and professional; and went straight to work without any delays. Daniel took the time to answer my questions about what he was doing and why. Additionally, he offered suggestions as to the products and other services that his company sold in order that this problem would not happen again.\r \r I'm retired U. S. air Force and was very impressed by this young man. Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8/4/2011

I scheduled an appointment online with Roto-Rooter San Antonio after reading some reviews online. I was definitely pleased by the service I received. The plumber Tim arrived early than expected and was very professional. I appreciated the way Tim went above and beyond what I expected in both his work and professionalism. He was very up front about the price and the work he was going to perform. I was very satisifed with Roto-Rooter and will definitely use them in the future. more

Roto-Rooter Water Heater Replacement 7/30/2011

After twenty years, our water heater finally heated its last forty gallons. Concerned with the cost of a plumber to just take a look at the system, I called two companies to ask for an inspection price. The first company charged $50, and Roto-Rooter was free. Going with the free inspection, I set up an appointment for the next day with Roto-Rooter. When Dustin (plumber) arrived, he was very polite, and seemed happy to take a look at our heater problem. He identified the problem quickly and gave us several options on a new heater. Not only did he give us great pricing options, but he also understood the price range we were looking for and did his best to stay within that range. When he returned to replace the water heater, he answered my questions, and replaced the system as if it were his own. He made sure everything worked properly before he left, and had a great attitude the whole time. This by far is the best service attitude out there and I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. Thank you so much for your outstanding service. more

Roto-Rooter saved the day!! 7/10/2011

We just moved into our new home over the holiday weekend. We soon found that the drains were not draining...a house full of people and no available showers or toilets. I called customer service on the morning of July 4th and asked for help. The agent on the line was very reassuring and comforting...she put me at ease with the situation and had someone out promptly. Dustin was the first to arrive and got to work immediately...he was very professional, friendly and informative. Eugene and Hugo came to assist with the work once it was determined that the problem was on the city side. Wouldn't you know it...they also displayed the same attributes as Dustin. Amazing! Great customer service on July 4th. Most people don't want to work on a holiday, but they didn't seem to mind at all. They were truly focused on getting our situation taken care of. They spent their July 4th with us fixing our plumbing!! They made sure that we understood what was wrong, what needed to happen, and what steps we would need to take from that point. The customer service overall was impeccable...please give these people some recognition for the fantastic job they did. We will definitely share this experience with everyone we know! Roto-Rooter Plumbers - 6/24/2011 6/24/2011

I just bought my first home and when I got it inspected, I discovered there were a few plumbing issues that needed to be addressed sooner rather than later. I looked up a plumber in San Antonio online, and Roto-Rooter popped up first, so I called, and was able to get someone to come out that same day! George was friendly and knowledgeable and did an excellent job fixing/installing the various things that I needed. He made sure to show me and explain to me how the different shut-offs work and where they are should I ever have a leak. There were also several things that he threw in for no extra labor costs which ended up saving me a ton of money! If I ever have another plumbing problem, I know exactly who to call! more

I had a great experience with the plumber from roto-rooters on June 6, 2011 in San Antonio. They sent a guy out to service me in 1 hour and then the plumber fixed my garbage disposal in 15 minutes. Very happy with the service! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 05/30/11 6/7/2011

Roto-Rooter plumbers are great! We had been having problems with the toilet in our guest/kid's bathroom for a couple of weeks. I tried everything I could think of to fix it but wasn't getting anywhere. I finally had to call a professional when I realized that we were having company over for a Memorial Day bbq and really needed that toilet fixed quickly. I was first surprised that Roto-Rooter was even open that Monday and next surprised when they said someone would be at my home within an hour! Donald arrived right on time and quickly alerted me to a few problems we were having. He gave us price estimates for all the work we needed before starting everything to make sure we were comfortable with it. That was much appreciated. Donald found the major problem I had called in about (which turned out to be an object that was stuck in the pipe of the toilet thanks to my 2 yr old!) and tried every trick in the book to get it out. He never gave up and was very careful not to crack the toilet or cause any further damage with the tools he used. When he was through dislodging the object, he helped clean up the floor and put everything back in place and offered us some very helpful tips for our other plumbing issues. He alerted us to the future problems we might have if we don't start taking care of the shifting issues we are experiencing under our home (which we were completely unaware of!) Donald and Roto-Rooter of San Antonio truly saved our Memorial Day. Can't thank you guys enough!! more

Roberto Rodriguez was very courteous & professional 5/25/2011

I have a recurring problem with a floor drain in our laundry room that creates a need to have the kitchen line run every few years. I explained the history of our situation to Roberto, and while he said that didn't sound like the right course of action to him, he agreed to do what I asked. He suggested a package deal for an increased fee that would include running a camera down the line after he cleared it to see if there were any other problems. He ran the line, the floor drain did not back up, and the camera did not find anything unexpected. He suggested running a different line with the camera, but past experience says that this will solve the problem for another few years, so I declined at this point. It seemed a little expensive but it's been awhile since I used another company so I don't have any recent basis for comparison. I can say that Roberto could not have been any more friendly, courteous or professional. more

After months of headaches 5/18/2011

I enjoyed the experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing compnay not only was calling them was more then professional but I didnt feel like a fool telling them what was wrong. Im a very picky person when it comes to pertty much anything. When Dan arrived he looked like he cared about how he looks to a customer.He told us how everything works step by step. I wanted to take just a minute and say how very much we appreciate Roto Rooter for their fast and efficient service of arranging a technician to be sent to our home within minutes of making the phone call. Right away a technician was sent to our home to make an assessment and estimate of our leak. The technician had professional customer service and work performance with regard to explaining our problem. We are very satisfied with his professional opinion and assessment of what had to be done to take care of our outdoor leak. \r In a situation where an unexpected leak occurs, homeowners are frantic and worried about the unexpected out of pocket expense. George put us at ease and explained what he had to do and let us know what to expect. He started the work right away and did the work in a timely manner. Came home from a Mothers Day Lunch to a bunch of water seeping througn the tiles in the bathroom. After looking in the attic for possible culprits we decided to call Roto Rooter. Came home from a Mothers Day Lunch to a bunch of water seeping througn the tiles in the bathroom. After looking in the attic for possible culprits we decided to call Roto Rooter. Our technician Jon was out within hours and immediately located the problem and had it fixed. Jon was extremely professional and very curtious. We would definetely call this company again. Johnny Garcia a master license plumber from Roto-Rooter in San Antonio was very professional and helpful. He took his time to explain to me in detailed what wa happening with my water leak. After repairing the leak, he left the work area very clean even though he was working in the dark with his lights. I was very impressed with his knowledge as well as his professionalism. I wish more people had his attitude when dealing with customers. If I ever need Roto-Rooter services in San Antonio I will request this plumber him by name. more

Laundry Drain is clean!! 4/23/2011

Daniel Rodriguez, # 332 arrived at my home and I explained the problem that each time I washed clothes and the water drained from the washing machine, I would experience puddles of water in the utility room. He ran about 55 feet of cable into the drain line and was able to clear the blockage. He was very courteous and professional and assured me that his work had a warranty for six months. I also took advantage of using an online coupon to help offset some of the costs. I am now free to wash clothes without worry. Thank you, Daniel and Roto-Rooter. more
