I wanted to take just a minute and say how very much we appreciate Roto Rooter for their fast and efficient service of arranging a technician to be sent to our home within minutes of making the phone call. Right away a technician was sent to our home to make an assessment and estimate of our leak. The technician had professional customer service and work performance with regard to explaining our problem. We are very satisfied with his professional opinion and assessment of what had to be done to take care of our outdoor leak. \r
In a situation where an unexpected leak occurs, homeowners are frantic and worried about the unexpected out of pocket expense. George put us at ease and explained what he had to do and let us know what to expect. He started the work right away and did the work in a timely manner. Roto Rooter’s goal is to be the premier provider of repair and maintenance services and to continue to listen to customers and expand service offerings to meet and exceed their changing expectations. They certainly met their goal from the person who took the service call over the phone to our technician working on our problem.\r
