I needed a plumber in San Antonio. Root-rooters had a very quick response time. The two men were able to diagnosis the problem and solve it so quickly I wondered why it had taken me almost 3 months with the issue to call. They were professional and friendly. more

Kinda pricey but excellent and prompt service. Johnny and Joe were very courteous and professional. The expense is bearable and I will likely consider this firm for any future plumbing needs. more

Had an emergency Sunday afternoon. Jon Duncan and the other gentleman that was with him were very professional. they were quick to respond and did an excellent job. Took the time to explain things to me and made a few recommendations. Left everything neat and clean. I won't think twice about call them again when I need plumbing services. more

Excellent Service 2/18/2011

I desperately needed a plumber in the San Antonio area due to frozen pipes in Feb 2011, as I was about to leave town. RR had 24 hour service and came out the next day. Earnest worked in below freezing conditions and without proper lighting outside, and fixed the problem. \r When I returned I called RR again for something else. This time Jon came out and again excellent service. Both plumbers were very professional, clean and most importantly knew how to get the job done. Very grateful. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 2-11-11 2/12/2011

I had a leak in a pipe as a result of the frigid weather here in San Antonio. I discovered this leak late on Friday night in a old maids quarters that is not used and has an abandoned shower. The water was seeping out of the side of this house. Tim, a Master Plumber for Roto-Rooter arrived about 8:30 PM. It was a challenging job in an old house. His persistence and patience were appreciated. He improvised based on several obstacles and finished by stopping the leaks. Thanks Tim and Roto-Rooter. more

san antonio plumber\r \r we had a drainage issue & called out RR. they arrived promptly and were very professional & courteous. without a camera the technician was able to determine there was a break in the main sewer line from our home to the street. He didnt have a camera but set a time to have someone come up later in the day with a camera to confirm. he gave a worse case scenario quote of $9K! once the camera guy came out, he re-quoted based on where the bust was for $5750.00. we got a second opinion from Aramendia in San Antonio, also, and their quote was $1890.00. Aramendia performs free quotes, so it is nice to get a 2nd opinion. luckily both company's plumbers agreed on the problem and it's location. so, nice to know we weren't being duped by either company. We went with Aramendia and were happy with the work. I recommend always getting 2 quotes/evaluations. more

The 800 number customer service rep was excellent. Good voice tone, efficient and answered my questions.\r \r George arrived within an hour of my call. I had a leak behind my refrigerator and a problem with a toilet. He handled both quickly and professionally. Everything was perfectly explained. He also advised me regarding other work that I want to have done - which was very valuable information. George H. is why I called Roto-Rooter for the second time in 6 months! more

We had a leak in our slab, called Roto Rooter on a Saturday, they came out the same day & were able to find the leak & fix it all in the same day, they were there in a timely manner & were friendly & helpful & took very good care of us, answered all our questions & stayed until the job was finished, Thanks to Dustin Keisling & his partner we no longer have the leak. roto Rooter in San Antonio fixes leaks!! 1/18/2011

We had a leak in our slab, called Roto Rooter on Saturday, they came out the same day. They were on time & were friendly, considerate & worked on the problem until it was fixed. i would highly recommend them in a minute for any plumbing problems, Thanks to Dustin Keisling for all his help in finding our leak & fixing it! I own several rental properties and have had Roto-Rooter out for several clogged drain emergencies. I always ask for Johnny, he is knoledgeable and friendly. They are on-time and explain things well. I will use them again when the next emergency arises! more

Jon was great. I called for a plumber in San Antonio when we had a back up and they came out in less that an hour. No extra fee for coming out on a Sunday. Jon was smart, quick and polite. I recommend calling Roto - Rooters and if you can, ask for Jon. Thanks! more
