The plumber Daniel arrived within 35 minutes of my calling; promptly identifying himself, and explaining the costs and what he needed to do to solve our plumbing problem.\r

He was extremely courteous and professional; and went straight to work without any delays. Daniel took the time to answer my questions about what he was doing and why. Additionally, he offered suggestions as to the products and other services that his company sold in order that this problem would not happen again.\r
\r
I'm retired U. S. air Force and was very impressed by this young man. I will recommend this company to all my friends and church members, and will definitely call and ask specifically for Daniel should we ever need the services of Roto-Rooter in the future.\r
