We are simply thrilled with the work done by Roto-Rooter in resolving a sewer drainage problem that caused the WORST kind of flood in our basement! Phillip (our first responder)...

had a backed up drain on a sat.morning called roto-rooter they made it out by 2:00 pm sat. found they needed to run a camera through pipe to find problem. both tech that came out were very professional found problem and offer solution to fix problem. I will call roto-rooter back if I need help again more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9-29-01 10/1/2011

I chose Roto-Rooter out of Kansas City as my plumber because of their reputation and because I know they'll be there tomorrow, next week and next year if I have any problem. The same can't be said for other plumbing businesses out there. The company called my workplace to le me know the repairman would be there in 30 minutes which I really appreciated. My repairman was Brandon (#506-3523). He couldn't have been nicer or more knowledgable. He dug right in, figured out the problem and finished in less time than estimated..which saved me money. I highly reecommend Roto-Rooter and hope you're lucky enough to get Brandon if you call. more

Just got served by Brandon #506-3523 - Just a gem of a guy and is a testament to your company's attention to service! Fixed our problem quickly and informed us of ways to prevent in future too. I could not believe how quick and great the service was. They arrived less than an hour after I called, quickest service I've ever had. The technician was very nice and completed the work in half the time estimated. Would recommend this company for sure!! more

Quick, courteous professional service 9/18/2011

What i liked about the plumber that came to my house is that he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the things I needed to know (in lay terms, when necessary) and was able to tell me the exact solution. I didn't know it would be such an easy and pleasant experience! The icing on the cake is he left the place as clean and orderly as when he arrived. This company is tops! The best plumbing and drain company in Kansas City MO. Thanks! more

More than I expected 9/10/2011

I was very pleased with the service. They were able to send someone right away and I appreciated the call ahead before their arrival. The gentleman (Keith) who performed the work was pleasant and professional. He explained pricing and they type of work he would be performing before I made the decision to have him do the repairs. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing service. more

I live in kansas city mo and we have to have the main line cleaned every year. Yesterday Richard was the plumber that came and he was great, we have always had the best service with roto-rooter. We called another service once they only had a 3 in blade roto-rooter has a 4 in blade, and it makes all the difference in the world. The service men that come are always very polite and know what they are doing. Will always use roto-rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 8-20-2011 8/21/2011

It was Saturday afternooon and getting ready for dinner with family when we had an emergency with our main water shut off valve. After calling numerous other plumbing companies we finally reached someone at Roto-Rooter in Kansas City. They promissed to have a plumber here within 2 hours. He was here within a hour and a half! He saw the problem and gave us the quote. There were no hidden fees for being an emergency on a Saturday afternoon. The service man was very polite and professional. He was finished with the work within an hour. It was just in time for our dinner! I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who has an emergency and doesn't want to ripped off!!! Thank you so much Roto-Rooter! more

The Best Service 8/15/2011

HI,\r It was Sunday early afternoon and I had just worked out, but my shower hadn't drained from my shower the night before. Ugh. So I called my father and we both tried to to drain the shower. Nothing worked. We called Roto Rooter and told them about the problem. They said they'd send a plumber between 4-7 p.m. The plumber arrived around 5 and by 6:30 my shower had drained. The plumber explained what was wrong and how much it was going to cost to fix it. He was great.\r I will always call Roto-Rooter of Kansas City to take care of any plumbing problems.\r Jacera more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 7-23-2011 7/31/2011

We had a serious plumbing issue where everything was backing up into the basement. Coming home on a Friday night to two inches of standing water in the basement was not a good feeling and with family in town it added to the stress.\r \r Most plumbers are not open on Saturdays let alone have someone available to come fix a problem on such short notice. I was able to get in contact with someone from Roto Rooter right away and was told they could have someone out that same day.\r \r Keith was the man they sent to assist us that day. He was very friendly and very knowledgable. He informed me on how I can prevent the problem from happening again and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions...and believe me I had a lot.\r \r I have had this same problem once before due to tree roots in the pipes and had another plumbing company come out to fix the problem. After seeing how both companies operate I will always choose Roto Rooter. Absolutely great service! more

we had a stopped up kitchen sink and 2 other sinks that were draining very slow. we called Roto-Rooter in Kansas City, MO and they sent a plumber to our house in less then 2 hours. The plumber fixed all the drains and we have not had any problems since. I would highly reccomend them. more

we has a stopped up kitchen sink and several bathroom sinks that we running very slow. We call the Kansas City MO Roto Rooter and they sent a plumber out in less then 2 hours. they fixed all 3 sinks and have not had any problems since. the plumber that came to our house was very personable and answered all out questions. Would definitely reccomend them if you have plumbing problems! more

EXCELLENT SERVICE 7/21/2011

I had extremely good service-starting with my phone to set an appointment and all through the service. Rob was great. He explained everything to me and answered all my (probably stupid) questions with ease. He was up and down the stairs at least 20 times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again and request Rob. I would also recommend them to family and friends. more

Fixed without any problem 7/11/2011

we had a leaky kitchen sink so we called roto rooter and the plumber came the next day. He did an awesome job the sink is fixed and we have had no problems. If we ever have any more plumbing problems we will be calling them again! i would definately suggest the kansas city mo roto rooter to anyone with plumbing problems!! more

I've had a toilet leak for several weeks. I had a plumber from my home warranty come out and told me it was leaking from the roof, not my toilet. He didn't even check the toilet. So I had a roofer come out and he couldn't find anything. So I called Roto Rooter on a Sunday morning when water began to seep onto the floor around the toilet. They had someone here within the hour and fixed it. I've used them in the past and they're always professional and courteous and get the job done right. Thank you Roto Rooter. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 6-20-2011 6/22/2011

I live in Northeast, Kansas City and was having a bad sewer smell in my house. I finally decided to call a plumber to investigate the smell. Upon arrival my plumber checked every nook and crany till he found the colprit. He also went above and beyond and cleaned a few dusty areas around my dishwasher while he fixed it. He also answered a few other questions I had about potential remodeling projects. He was patient and arrived only 45 minutes after I called. I'm finally without the horrible smell!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

I JUST GOT HOME FROM A HARD DAYS WORK AND MY FIANCEE TELLS ME THAT OUR KITCHEN SINK IS CLOGGED. SO I GET FRUSTRATED AT THE FACT ITS CLOGGED AND WITHIN 12 HOURS IS OUR SONS 4TH BIRTHDAY PARTY THAT WE ARE HAVING AT OUR HOME. SO I ASK SARCASTICALLY ASKED HER WHAT PLUMBER DO YOU KNOW THAT WORKS 11:30 PM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT? SHE SAYS ROTO-ROOTER. THEN THE LIGHT BULB CLICKED, YOUR RIGHT. SO SHE CALLS AND THEY SAY THEY OFFER FREE ESTIMATES AND THEY CAN MAKE IT TO OUR PLACE WITHIN A FEW HOURS. WELL 20 MINUTES GO BY AND THEY CALL AND SAY THEY'RE ON THERE WAY. I WAS JUST AMAZED AT HOW QUICK THEY ARRIVED, ASSESSED THE PROBLEM, AND FIXED IT. OUR PLUMBER WAS VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. OUR PLUMBERS NAME WAS TRAVIS NEEDLES, TECH NUMBER 3470, I WAS AMAZED AT HOW PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS HE WAS. ROTO ROOTER IS BY FAR THE BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN THE KANSAS CITY OR MAYBE IN THE WORLD. SO IF YOU WANT 5 STAR PLUMBING CONTACT ROTO-ROOTER OF KANSAS CITY!!!
