I highly recommend this Kansas City company for any of your plumbing needs. Our plumber, Todd Trostle, was very professional and ran into issues with the repair. He never lost his cool and stayed professional throughout the service. He also assisted me in getting a new kitchen faucet from Moen, as the repair we tried was not working properly due to a design flaw in the handle. I greatly appreciated Todd's help. I would recommend this company without any hesitation. more

Best Customer Service 12/5/2011

I called and received same day service. The scheduler, dispatcher and plumbers were all very friendly. The plumbers arrived 5 mintues before I was able to get home and the dispatcher called to confirm everything was okay. She was extremely nice and did not make me feel like I needed to apologize. The plumbers were thorough and provided an excellent education about what had occurred. I have been renovating my house and have worked with many companies for house work, Roto-Rooters in downtown KC was by far the best company I have dealt with. more

Great Work! Great Service! 11/14/2011

I was having issues with my shower draining very slowly. I called a couple of other companies in town who never returned my call. Roto-Rooter had a person answer the phone within minutes, and even though I called mid-afternoon, had some one at my house that evening. He was very friendly and informative. I was able to go about my night while he worked. When he was finished, he told me what he did, suggested work for the future, and even set me up on a monthly cleaning plan to keep my drains clean. Thanks Roto-Rooter! more

Roto-Rooter that's the name! 11/14/2011

We called Roto-rooter for a troublesome chronic problem with sewer backup in our downstairs bathroom. The guy got here on time, he knew a lot about plumbing and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. There is a great warranty too! Something we never got from the other plumbers. He cleaned up the mess, and all has been fine since. Couldn't ask for smoother service! A + we will be return customers that is for sure! more

So .. for story sakes.. I am a single professional female that recently just bought a house... I fashionista so to speak.. I have no idea about fixing ANYTHING .. in homes or cars, but here we are lol. I had went shopping at walmart and picked a filter for my furnace. I get home and go down stair to my scary basement and found a puddle of what looked like tissue and fecal matter(eh-sorry).. So I called roto rooter ..mainly because I saw them pretty frequently in my neighborhood. They told me he would come around 10am-1pm...he showed up at 11 am .. dispatch did call me and let me know he was coming.. He took a look and said no problem... He finished working in about an hour .. and took 20 mins extra to explain to me the tools, what happened, what he did ... like a detailed description of what happened down there .. I WAS SO IMPRESSED .. .he even took additional time to answer all of my dumb questions .. (remember I told you I dont know anything about this stuff lol) which I loved ! I didnt feel like a number .. he didnt yell NEXT ... and he made sure I understood.. it was personal and he didnt sound like he read from a script .. for this ROTO ROOTER is know in my house book (collecting professional contacts for problems like this!) for my go to plumbers.. Thanks so much CHRIS-3568..I can now actually wash dishes ! more

Great friendly service 10/25/2011

They were very friendly, did the work quickly and cleaned everything up afterwards. They arrived within the time frame that was stated to me. Someone called and told me when the men were on their way. Much better than the other companies I have used in the past. I will definitely use Roto Rooter again. more

pipe replacement 10/6/2011

needed s cast iron sewer pipe replaced with pvc. called roto rooter late in the day, someone came out within two hours,gave an free estimate, made an appointment to hve it done, they were here on time and the job was finished in a timely manner. great job, roto rooter. more

The main drain in my home backed up on a Sunday evening . I called Roto-Rooter in Kansas City, MO and within an hour he was here. The plumber was very professional and clean, and Ive had some that weren't so clean. He diagnosed the problem and within an hour and fifteen he was done. He also gave me some pointers on how to maintain my drains. I will use Roto-Rooter in the future. GREAT SERVICE!! more
