I JUST GOT HOME FROM A HARD DAYS WORK AND MY FIANCEE TELLS ME THAT OUR KITCHEN SINK IS CLOGGED. SO I GET FRUSTRATED AT THE FACT ITS CLOGGED AND WITHIN 12 HOURS IS OUR SONS 4TH BIRTHDAY PARTY THAT WE ARE HAVING AT OUR HOME. SO I ASK SARCASTICALLY ASKED HER WHAT PLUMBER DO YOU KNOW THAT WORKS 11:30 PM ON A SATURDAY NIGHT? SHE SAYS ROTO-ROOTER. THEN THE LIGHT BULB CLICKED, YOUR RIGHT. SO SHE CALLS AND THEY SAY THEY OFFER FREE ESTIMATES AND THEY CAN MAKE IT TO OUR PLACE WITHIN A FEW HOURS. WELL 20 MINUTES GO BY AND THEY CALL AND SAY THEY'RE ON THERE WAY. I WAS JUST AMAZED AT HOW QUICK THEY ARRIVED, ASSESSED THE PROBLEM, AND FIXED IT. OUR PLUMBER WAS VERY FAST AND EFFICIENT. OUR PLUMBERS NAME WAS TRAVIS NEEDLES, TECH NUMBER 3470, I WAS AMAZED AT HOW PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS HE WAS. ROTO ROOTER IS BY FAR THE BEST PLUMBING SERVICE IN THE KANSAS CITY OR MAYBE IN THE WORLD. SO IF YOU WANT 5 STAR PLUMBING CONTACT ROTO-ROOTER OF KANSAS CITY!!! THANK YOU TRAVIS AND ROTO-ROOTER!!!!
