So .. for story sakes.. I am a single professional female that recently just bought a house... I fashionista so to speak.. I have no idea about fixing ANYTHING .. in homes or cars, but here we are lol. I had went shopping at walmart and picked a filter for my furnace. I get home and go down stair to my scary basement and found a puddle of what looked like tissue and fecal matter(eh-sorry).. So I called roto rooter ..mainly because I saw them pretty frequently in my neighborhood.
They told me he would come around 10am-1pm...he showed up at 11 am .. dispatch did call me and let me know he was coming.. He took a look and said no problem... He finished working in about an hour .. and took 20 mins extra to explain to me the tools, what happened, what he did ... like a detailed description of what happened down there .. I WAS SO IMPRESSED .. .he even took additional time to answer all of my dumb questions .. (remember I told you I dont know anything about this stuff lol) which I loved ! I didnt feel like a number .. he didnt yell NEXT ... and he made sure I understood.. it was personal and he didnt sound like he read from a script .. for this ROTO ROOTER is know in my house book (collecting professional contacts for problems like this!) for my go to plumbers..
