I called roto-rooter to inquire about and quote and was informed it was free. The representative was very helpful and had a plumber to my house within an hour. Which was great because my laundry room was flooded. I wasn't sure about which Denver area plumber to call but I am so glad I called roto-rooter. Our plumber was friendly, knowledgable and understanding of our budgetary needs. He worked quick and effectiently and took care of the problem imediately. It was a huge relief to know that we could trust roto-rooter and that they would take care of the problem for us! more

Roto-Rooter service 9/15/2011

I called Roto-Rooter at 12:00AM for a new sump pump and my basement was flooded. They could not come out until the morning. I was impressed by the friendlyness and service by Steve. He looked at the sump pump and went back into Colorado Springs to get the part and was back in about an hour. The sump pump was replaced in about a hour. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again. more

Holiday service provided by Roto-Rooter 9/9/2011

On Labor Day afternoon my basemen drain backed up and created a wet,damp,smelly laundry room. I called Roto-Rooter and was greeted by a friendly voice who assured that a repairman would be out in about a half hour. Not only would he come, but there was no extra charge for a holiday call. Steve was out in about 30minutes with a very positive attitude. He suggested several possible services from which I could choose to repair the drain. I felt badly to have interrupted his holiday, but he was gracious. I think the whole service was completed in less than an hour. Awesome! more

Needed a plumber in the Denver area to replace my pressure reducing valve, which was causing water hammer on the pipes. Called Rotor-Rooter, set up an free estimate, the plumber shown up on time and gave an estimate of labor and parts. Decided to let him do the work, job completed professionally, clean up work area, good workmanship.No more water hammer, job guarantee for 1 year if there are any issue. Happy with the results, would recommend them. more

Roto-Rooter of Commerce City. I had a sewer backup on Labor Day evening. The were quick to respond and very professional. Steven, the Tech, walked me through the options I had, helped me understand why it would cost what he was quoting and gave me time to digest the information. He gave me an estimate of the time it would take and got right to work. It wasn't fast or easy and when he was done, I could appreciate that he knew what he was doing. If you live in Denver or the surrounding area, I would recommend Roto-Rooter. more

I scheduled an appointment online to have a plumber come out to my Denver home to install a new faucet. Roto-Rooter was able to get me an appointment within 2 hours and the service was very fast. The new faucet works great, and they even had a special running that took $80 off of my bill! I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs! more

Roto-Rooter wanted to dig up the city street, while Discount Rooter used a jetter to open up my line more and avoid a $7700 cost Roto-Rooter wanted to charge me. I will NEVER use or recommend Roto-Rooter again. more

My Kitchen drain line clogged in the middle of cleaning dishes from breakfast. I looked for plumber and saw Roto-Rooter Plumbers. When I called for an appointment the appointment setter was very courteous. She took all my information and set the appointment ""within 2 hours"". To my surprise, I was called within 15 minutes and told that the serviceman was on his way and should arrive in 30 minutes or less. Bob arrived as I was told. Bob himself was very courteous and professional. He explained what he would do and pricing. He did exactly what he said. After the work was performed, the area was clean. I was very pleased with the response and the work done. My drain work like new again !! I would recommend Roto-Rooter Plumber in the Denver area for your plumbing needs !! more

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 03/15/11 3/16/2011

My washer had just completed the wash cycle on a load of laundry and emptied the tub. When I went to check on it, I discovered that walking down the hall felt like walking on very wet sponges. After turning off the washer, I went to check the floor drain in my storage room. The floor was covered with water which had leaked into the hall and utility room. I called Roto-Rooter immediately. Sadly, a camera insprection showed a damaged sewer line underneath my house. As you can imagine, the repair took hours. The plumbers had to go through the floor under my basement shower and under the closet in my basement bedroom to repair the sewer line. All of the Roto-Rooter employees were knowledgeable, pleasant and very patient with my many questions. The bad news is that insurance covers only water damage because the breakage in the sewer line is considered a maintenance problem. Roto-Rooter plumbers did their best. more

wash day, I could hear a strange glob-glob noise. Suddenly water started coming up through the floor drain, turned washer off. I then ran for the plunger, water went down. started washer again, same thing, then the toilet over flowed. Called Roto-Rooter, they gave me a 2 hr response time. Once Technician, Greg Swackhamer arrived introduced himself and went right to work evaluating the problem. He gave me the price for the job. Had to run the snake, found roots in the line (not a good thing) . Greg said they needed to get a tech out to run the camera and see what else was going on, that would be and addition charge (i agreed). He made the arrangement for the camera tech to schedule with me and we'll go from there. Greg was very professional and friendly. Even though the problem is still in the evaluation stage, Greg was a great front line person during my wash day blues. more

Fast and Reliable Service 2/19/2011

I needed to be at a wedding by 1pm. and my hotwater heater went out last night. When I was ready to take a shower in the morning I discovered my Waterheater was dead. I immediately called Roto Rooter and within an hour they were here and installed my waterheater in plenty of time for me and my wife to get ready for the wedding. more

Very Good Service 1/28/2011

We live in the mountains and felt very lucky that someone was able to come up and help us with a sewer line problem. The technician cleared the line and the following day we had a supervisor come up and run a camera through the line and he was able to find the trouble spot. Very professional and courteous service! more

Nothing is worse that having a plumbing problems on New Years Day! I was very impressed that Greg was able to come over in such a quick and timely manner! Even better, he did not charge for service on a holiday! He even spent an extra 30 mins and did not charge us! We were so thankful! Thank you Greg and Roto Rooter! You will always have our business!
