Review content:
On Labor Day afternoon my basemen drain backed up and created a wet,damp,smelly laundry room. I called Roto-Rooter and was greeted by a friendly voice who assured that a repairman would be out in about a half hour. Not only would he come, but there was no extra charge for a holiday call. Steve was out in about 30minutes with a very positive attitude. He suggested several possible services from which I could choose to repair the drain. I felt badly to have interrupted his holiday, but he was gracious. I think the whole service was completed in less than an hour. Awesome!
