Review content:
wash day, I could hear a strange glob-glob noise. Suddenly water started coming up through the floor drain, turned washer off. I then ran for the plunger, water went down. started washer again, same thing, then the toilet over flowed. Called Roto-Rooter, they gave me a 2 hr response time. Once Technician, Greg Swackhamer arrived introduced himself and went right to work evaluating the problem. He gave me the price for the job. Had to run the snake, found roots in the line (not a good thing) . Greg said they needed to get a tech out to run the camera and see what else was going on, that would be and addition charge (i agreed). He made the arrangement for the camera tech to schedule with me and we'll go from there. Greg was very professional and friendly. Even though the problem is still in the evaluation stage, Greg was a great front line person during my wash day blues.
