Ask for Mike K! I called @ noon on a Saturday when we discovered our basement bathroom was flooded. We had blackish water in the shower and water was coming out from below the toilet. Mike came within the two hours quoted! This was great because my in-laws came to the house to celebrate my birthday. When Mike arrived he quickly assessed the situation and snaked the drain 110 feet towards the sewer line in the street. He went above and beyond by snaking the shower while he was in there and didn't charge me extra. He then suggested a camera crew take a look at our main line since that hadn't been done since we bought the house. He cleaned up after himself as well. I'll call Rooter again because I believe you get what you pay for. In summary: Quick, honest, clean service. more

Last Saturday, 2/22/14 I was replacing an outside water spigot.... Long story short, I broke the water pipe inside the house. To make matters worse it was past business hours, I never realized how much water we use, until it was no longer available.\r \r I called Roto Rooter to come bail me out of the mess I created. I was given a 2 hour window that the plumber would arrive. The plumber arrived at my house within this window of time. The plumber's name was Matt J. Matt quickly diagnosed the problem and promptly got to work.\r \r I am a curious fellow so, I asked him if I could watch. Matt explained, in detail each step of the repair. He was finished up within an hour and went on his way.\r \r When Matt left, I felt like I had one of my friends over to the house for the repair. He was extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Roto Rooter and especially Matt if you are in need of a repair. \r \r The overall cost was not cheap but, considering it was Saturday evening, the promptness in which he arrived, the quality of service provided, all compounded with the professionalism and friendliness.... The service was exceptional! Matt, from the Commerce City office, was here within the hour. He brought the tools with to get the job done,the first time. It was done quickly & expertly. Matt took the time to explain some of the causes & some preventions. He also left the room in better condition than when he arrived. The cost was more then we expected, but the results were well worth the price. more

Today we called for plumbing service from Roto Rooter Commerce City address. Roto Rooter were prompt in answering and sending service to our home. Their Plumber Ryan Wyant was very helpful in letting us know what the direct cause was and informative on how Roto Rooter could resolve it . Incompletion of the repair, Ryan provided quality professional customer service and a number he could be contacted if the drain stopped working again and a 6 month warranty on his work. Thank you Ryan and Rooter for flushing our troubles away! more

Roto- Rooter Denver to the rescue. My wife decided it was a good idea to put a bowl full of rice down the garbage disposal, squirt a ton of soap down the drain after because it stunk, then run the dishwasher which caused an overflow of suds into our kitchen. After my call to Roto- Rooter, Chuck Smith was at our door in about 45 minutes. He was very friendly and informative. Thanks Chuck for taking care of our issue! If we have anymore plumbing issues we will be giving you a call. more

Roto-Rooter Saved the DAY 10/22/2011

Finding sewer water coming up through the toilet and shower was not how I wanted to end the day. 11:00 at night and what a mess. Can't use either bathroom or shower. I didn't know who to call that could help us out at that time of night. I found Roto-Rooter in Commerce City on the internet, called and help was on the way. He got the problem taken care of so that we didn't have to take the next day off of work. No extra charge for coming out at midnight! Everything is back to normal, no time off of work and we know the problem has been fixed so that it won't happen again. They are the best - don't hesitate to give them a call. No surprises - just upfront and professional. THANKS! more

Our service specialist, Greg Seiden, was particularly efficient. He was friendly, but seemed to understand that really we would like the plumbing fixed as soon as possible so we could return to our normal day. Greg identified the problem in no time and was able to give me an exact quote, so I didn't have to worry about additional charges. He was in and out of the house within an hour. more

Ok came home Friday night looking forward to starting a relaxing weekend, only to find wet carpet and water running down the basement walll.....leaking pipes from the upstairs bathroom!!!!!!
