We had two extremely slow bathroom drains both upstairs and down. The upstairs was so bad that you could almost say it wouldn't drain. So glad we had both fixed. The price was worth it. Made reservation on line for a Saturday appointment and they showed up on time, and called prior to confirm. The guys who came out were careful not to make a mess.It was raining badly outside that morning and I felt bad everytime they had to go back to the van in the rain. The had little booties for their shoes so they did not track anything in the house. One drain was easy for them to fix and one took a while, but when everything was done, we were happy. The drain works better now than when we first bought the house 7 years ago. Would recommend using service if you have a slow or clogged drain. Loved the online reservation. - Jon M more

The service we received was terrific! This is the first time we have ever had to call a plumber and were concerned on the time it would take to get someone here. We called the main number in the morning and within a few minutes; we received a call back informing us there was a plumber in the Ballwin area who could be at our house within half an hour. He was here in 20 minutes and was the most friendly and professional person. He wasn't even spooked by our big dog, he stayed calm when she approached him. This plumber answered all my husband’s questions and cleared our drain within half an hour and even took our freshly printed coupon. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for their quick and courteous customer service as well as their professional and friendly plumbers. Unfortunately we have had many plumbing problems, but Roto Rooter has always been on call. They don't charge a premium for after hours work and are usually here within a couple of hours. We had a drain outside of our basement door that was backing up. We were concerned that the drain would overflow to a point that it would overflow into the basement. I called Roto-Rooter in the morning to see how soon they could come out to address the issue. I was given an appointment for a service call before the phone conversation ended. The person on the phone was very courteous, I had used their service in the past so my information was easily accessed in their system, and they arranged for a service person in the area to come out that same morning. The service person arrived 15 minutes before their scheduled time, was very considerate, and explained the problem to us. The drain was cleaned out, and we have not had a problem since. Good: April 14th I called at 6:30am and a pleasant lady answered my plea for help. We had the same problem in 2008. She had all our information on file so it made it so fast and easy. Roto Rooter helped us then and now they again came to our rescue within a 2 hour window to clean our drain out. Technican was fast, efficient and also explained what to do to prevent future problems. Always will use Rotor-Rooter for any plumbing problems. Thank You. Bad: They are tops in my book. No complaints at all... Improvements: You can not improve on an already great system. I called, they had my info on file from 3 years ago. Made the appt and were here within and 1 hour and half. They called again when Technican was on his way. Awesome Service. When I called to report continuing problems, I was treated just as nicely as I had been when I called to schedule the initial service. Good: I loved the fact that this company was willing to work until the problem was solved. We had two technicians within 24 hours to our home.. Bad: There was NOTHING that I didn't like other than the fact that I had NEVER used them before. I was truly sleeping on this awesome company.. Improvements: There aren't any improvements that I would like to see with this company; I believe that they could train other businesses on the etiquette of customer service!. I was very impressed with the prompt response from Roto-Rooter. I needed to have my frame repaired on my water meter box. I had waited too long to get it repaired and it had progressed into an emergency situation. My calls to several other plumbing companies went unheeded. I was completely ignored by these companies. Shawn # 6323, the technician from Roto-Rooter came to my residence in the agreed-upon timeframe, gave me an estimate and completed the job within a 2-hour timeframe. The price was reasonable and Shawn #6323, was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to all of my friends and coworkers. more

After a few scheduling delays - it was the weekend - our plumber showed up and was very courteous, knowledgeable and quick. He had our new sump pump installed and working with the hour of arriving. more

When I found a leak dripping into my basement I was very pleased that a Roto-Rooter plumber showed up at my St. Louis home within 1 hour. Don was very knowledgable and able to isolate the leak origination between the first and second floor. It was difficult to get to and he did so with least amount of cutting into the drywall as possible. And he did a thorough clean up job afterward. I would definately use Roto-Rooter again for plumbing needs. more
