Review content:
We had a drain outside of our basement door that was backing up. We were concerned that the drain would overflow to a point that it would overflow into the basement. I called Roto-Rooter in the morning to see how soon they could come out to address the issue. I was given an appointment for a service call before the phone conversation ended. The person on the phone was very courteous, I had used their service in the past so my information was easily accessed in their system, and they arranged for a service person in the area to come out that same morning. The service person arrived 15 minutes before their scheduled time, was very considerate, and explained the problem to us. The drain was cleaned out, and we have not had a problem since. Thanks for the great service experience!!
