Good: April 14th I called at 6:30am and a pleasant lady answered my plea for help. We had the same problem in 2008. She had all our information on file so it made it so fast and easy. Roto Rooter helped us then and now they again came to our rescue within a 2 hour window to clean our drain out. Technican was fast, efficient and also explained what to do to prevent future problems. Always will use Rotor-Rooter for any plumbing problems. Thank You. Bad: They are tops in my book. No complaints at all... Improvements: You can not improve on an already great system. I called, they had my info on file from 3 years ago. Made the appt and were here within and 1 hour and half. They called again when Technican was on his way. Awesome Service.
