The service we received was terrific! This is the first time we have ever had to call a plumber and were concerned on the time it would take to get someone here. We called the main number in the morning and within a few minutes; we received a call back informing us there was a plumber in the Ballwin area who could be at our house within half an hour. He was here in 20 minutes and was the most friendly and professional person. He wasn't even spooked by our big dog, he stayed calm when she approached him. This plumber answered all my husband’s questions and cleared our drain within half an hour and even took our freshly printed coupon. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter for their quick and courteous customer service as well as their professional and friendly plumbers. Hopefully, we will not need a plumber for a very long time, but if we do, I will be calling on Roto-Rooter. Kim A.
