Our sump pump went out and had a terrible smell. We called them right away and within the hour Jared arrived and replaced the pump. Thanks Roto Rooter.

Worst

Frank was on time, professional, pleasant, and fast. However, this was a minor job (snaking a shower drain) that took 30 minutes for which we were charged $219.00. This...

Roto Rooter Plumbers in Las Vegas are awesome. They came and helped me with some issues we had with our plumbing and were very courteous, helpful, informative and fast. They even called us a few days after to make sure all was well. Had a wonderful experiece with them and would definitely recommend them to others!! more

Last night around 11:30pm we called Roto-Rooter Las Vegas because our main drain was backed up and started flooding our downstairs. The woman said she will call the Plumber on call and he will call us withn 30 minutes. Francisco called us within 15 minutes and we told him that we would need someone out asap because our downstairs has water all over the place. He said that he will be there in 30 minutes. He came and fixed the problem.....great.....and also gave us pointers on what to do to avoid this problem again. He did an excellent job. And thank you for waking up in the middle of your sleep to help our family. I would recommend them to anyone. They did great and he was friendly even though he was tired....Thank you a million times. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Service 5/1/2012

When we called Roto-Rooter to our Las Vegas home they were prompt and very professional in making an appointment. David arrived ""on time"" and evaluated our situation. He recommended various options to us for our situation. We choose one of his recommendations which was within our budget and was very happy with the decisions we made. David returned at the time promised, completed the work and cleaned up and dispensed with the old materials which was replaced which was one of our great concerns. ""Thank You"" David, we really appreciated that. We would recommend David with Roto-Rooter to anyone. more

Roto-Rooter Plumber 4/24/2012

It is difficult if not impossible to receive decent trade service in the Las Vegas Valley. I've been ripped off more times than can be counted, but for a plumber, this is the only number to call. Dave was my service person and he was knowledgeable and personable. Thank you. My only ""complaint"" was that the office person could not give me an up-front cost or even estimate even though I knew exactly what I needed. more

why ,only 3 stars..because we are still recovering ,,the leak started from a broken clothes washer hose and very soon the whole bottom floor was ankle deep in water in some places..roto rooter(RR) came within an hour changed the defective hoses..the best thing the tech did was give me a card about a cleaning crew who showed up at around 10 pm and stayed till 230am this morning..they are here working again this definitely is a review for RR but more so for the kindness of the tech to let us know about this company ao RR 4 stars for your work and 5 stars for your kindness more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 4/21/2012

My nephew recommended calling Roto-Rooter when we discovered a leak under the sink that morning. Having had several bad experiences in the past while living in Los Angeles, was hesitant at first. Spoke with a young lady at Roto-Rooter who was very nice. Plumber arrived in a very short time. His name was David. Very nice man with a sense of humor. I had already figured out that it was the garbage disposal and David confirmed it. Once I agreed on the estimate, he immediately got to work. I didn't get the feeling like he was trying to fool me into getting additional unnecessary work done (that happens sometimes when you're a woman). The work was completed within approximately 15 minutes. He tested my system several times to confirm that the work was done according to my satisfaction, and gave me a few pointers on what to do in case my system jams. My experience with David has given me a renewed sense of security with the Roto-Rooter company. Thanks for making what could have been a stressful situation not so stressful afterall. more

Thank you Jonathan the Plumber!! Having a plumbing issue isnt a delightful experience but if it happens, call Jonathan @ Roto Rooter!! He is so friendly, informative and took the time to explain things. Jonathan helped us to make the best decision on our repairs and did an awesome job, he was very professional with an added personal touch. fast friendly service is always a plus 3/5/2012

called rotorooter in NLasVegas for a plumber to assist me with a stopped drain at my house. The gave me a time that morning to expect someone, about a half hour before they called and said someone was on their way, A very pleasant rep came, ""David"" and he got right down to business taking care of the drain. He advised us we have a ""belly"" in our pipe and if the problem persists we will need to have it dug up, however, he was very careful to explain what was going on and our options. I appreciate being dealt with in this fashion, thank you. more

Roto-Rooter and Mark Chapin 3/5/2012

When you call a plumber there is always that dread of what is it going to cost and what all is going to be wrong. I have to say upon meeting Mr. Chapin all of my fears were gone and the service provided was something that is hard to find in Las Vegas. Mr. Chapin took care of the problems and spent a lot of time making sure that it was right. I am happy to say the leak is fixed and everything is working well!. He also refered a company to repair the drywall that had been removed for the fix and I could not be more pleased with the service by them as well. I will have a water softner installed by them soon and am excited about having more quality work done at my home. Thank you Mark! more

When you need a Plumber you can trust in Las Vegas this Roto-Rooter is the way to go. David Came out at 9:00pm and fixed the supply to my hot water heater & saved me from a Huge Mess. This was my best experience with a plumber in Las Vegas by far. Thanks Guys!!! more

Needed hot water in the shower in the casita, I needed a plumber, so I called north Las Vegas Roto Rooter. I got same day service. The sent Mark who was professional, knew right away what we needed and took the time to tell us why we needed the new pump and how much it would cost. Then he went out to get the part and came back in an hour and replaced the part. He made sure that the water in the entire house was at the temp we wanted. I couldn't be happier with the service and would use them again and recommend them to my neighbors. Thank you Ashley for the call back to check that we were happy with the service. more

Problem solved... quickly!!! 1/31/2012

Stepped in to the shower first thing in the morning only to find no hot water. Thinking that my pilot light went out during the night, I soon found out that I had a serious problem. About an inch of water on my garage floor and the hot water water heater was clearly busted. I tried shutting off the valve but it literally broke off in my hand. I needed a plumber and fast! I called Roto-Rooter right then and told them I had an emergency and needed help ASAP. David quickly responded and began work right away. He not only replaced the water heater but installed a drainage tray to prevent any sheet rock damage bringing my system up to the current building code. He also installed a heavy duty shut-off valve unlike the builder who built my house. Thanks for a job well done and the super quick response. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in over-their-head (pun intended). more

I had a blocked sewer line and called roto-rooter in north las vegas and they sent out a plumber within 30 minutes. He had a roto rooter machine and went right to work on the blockage in the pipe. He was courteous and professional and explained what he had done and gave me suggestions for preventing future problems. more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers - Jan. 3, 2012 1/3/2012

This morning we had a completely stopped drain in the master bathroom. I called Roto-Rooter of North Las Vegas. The Plumber, Andy, was here in about an hour. He was courteous and professional. He had the drain cleared in minutes and gave us suggestions to prevent problems in the future. I definitely will call Roto-Rooter for future problems. more

We had a Roto-Rooter employee come out to locate a break in our sewer line. Grael was quick, competent, and very pleasant. You hear negative comments about plumbers in Las Vegas, but our experience with Roto-Rooter has been completely positive. more

Efficent Service 12/27/2011

I have been have a on going drain issue with my washer. I tried a different plumbing service before i called roto-rooter, which was Mr.rooter the guy they sent out had no clue what he was doing. Roto-rooter had someone out to my house within 30 min. He was a nice guy got straight to work and fixed my issue within a hr at a reasonable rate. Thanks i would use them again!!! more
