Stepped in to the shower first thing in the morning only to find no hot water. Thinking that my pilot light went out during the night, I soon found out that I had a serious problem. About an inch of water on my garage floor and the hot water water heater was clearly busted. I tried shutting off the valve but it literally broke off in my hand. I needed a plumber and fast! I called Roto-Rooter right then and told them I had an emergency and needed help ASAP. David quickly responded and began work right away. He not only replaced the water heater but installed a drainage tray to prevent any sheet rock damage bringing my system up to the current building code. He also installed a heavy duty shut-off valve unlike the builder who built my house. Thanks for a job well done and the super quick response. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in over-their-head (pun intended).
