Last night around 11:30pm we called Roto-Rooter Las Vegas because our main drain was backed up and started flooding our downstairs. The woman said she will call the Plumber on call and he will call us withn 30 minutes. Francisco called us within 15 minutes and we told him that we would need someone out asap because our downstairs has water all over the place. He said that he will be there in 30 minutes. He came and fixed the problem.....great.....and also gave us pointers on what to do to avoid this problem again. He did an excellent job. And thank you for waking up in the middle of your sleep to help our family. I would recommend them to anyone. They did great and he was friendly even though he was tired....Thank you a million times.
