My nephew recommended calling Roto-Rooter when we discovered a leak under the sink that morning. Having had several bad experiences in the past while living in Los Angeles, was hesitant at first. Spoke with a young lady at Roto-Rooter who was very nice. Plumber arrived in a very short time. His name was David. Very nice man with a sense of humor. I had already figured out that it was the garbage disposal and David confirmed it. Once I agreed on the estimate, he immediately got to work. I didn't get the feeling like he was trying to fool me into getting additional unnecessary work done (that happens sometimes when you're a woman). The work was completed within approximately 15 minutes. He tested my system several times to confirm that the work was done according to my satisfaction, and gave me a few pointers on what to do in case my system jams. My experience with David has given me a renewed sense of security with the Roto-Rooter company. Thanks for making what could have been a stressful situation not so stressful afterall.
