When I discovered a leak from within my upstairs wall through my living room ceiling, I knew that it was a problem I couldn't fix myself. I searched for a plumber in the Hartford area and was fortunate to find these guys that came out first thing in the morning and stayed all day to fix the problem - not just a patch but a real solution. I am grateful for the expertise and timeliness. more

As you might guess I had a problem with drainage out to the sewer line and I needed a plumber in the Hartford area. The guys showed up at 6:00pm after I got home from work and we went through the entire situation. In only minutes they had the pipe snaked and we sent in the camera. Well even I could tell all those roots were not goping to clear themselves. In under 24 hours the line out to the street was replaced. I simply went to work and when I came home the job was done. Very neat and tidy. Everyone I interfaced with was super helpful and professional. I recommend this service. I know you will not be disappointed. more

I called the Hartford Roto Rooter for a plumber problem, a clogged drain, and within 1/2 hour the tech arrived. He took care of the problem in a fast professional manner. A great job for a very satisified customer. Thanks!! more

CALLED THE HARTFORD CT ROTO ROOTER FOR A PLUMBER PROBLE, A CLOGGED DRAIN, AND WITHIN 1/2 HOUR THE TECH WAS THERE. HE TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM IN A FAST PROFESSIONAL MANNER. A GREAT JOB FOR A VERY SATISIFIED CUSTOMER. THANKS!!! more

Roto-Rooter Plumbers June 3,2011 6/4/2011

I am a resident of Hartford who had plumbing problems. We had used Roto-Rooter before. So, we decided to call them again. It was the best thing we could have done. They called to let us know when the plumber was on his way. The plumber we had was very friendly, respectful, and came in and went right to work. He manage to find out what the problem was and solve it. I would reccommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who is experiencing plumbling or drain problems. And I would also used again too. more

Roto-Rooter to the rescue. 5/30/2011

I contacted the Hartford Roto-Rooter office when I noticed a leak behind my wall. The plumber arrived within one hour of my call. He completed the repair in ten minutes and was on his way. The plumber was pleasant to deal with and acted in a professional manner. I will use this service again when the need arises. more

Great Service! 5/12/2011

I had an acute situation with a toilet backing up into the bathtub, leaking over the bathroom floor, and a heavy leak down in the basement. I called Roto-Rooter in Hartford a little before 8 am and they had a plumber (Eddie) at my house shortly after 9 am, I am impressed. The plumber was very professional, polite and got the job done before noon. The pricing was reasonable and I wasn?t ?oversold? on any additional work or products, I was well informed during the whole process about the work and potential additional costs. I felt very comfortable and in good hands. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing needs, a great service, thank you! more

They had to come to Western\r Mass. from Ct., and came ever so quickly. \r Two very pleasant technicians attacked our tree root problem,\r explained what should be done to prevent future problems, and\r were out quickly. I am very pleased with the work done. I called at 8pm with a shower leaking behind a wall. They arrived by 9pm and were done within 1hr with what I felt was a very reasonable rate. I was also able to use a $40 off coupon I printed from the website. Clean, fast, efficient and at an unusual time of 'night'. He also offered advice on how to avoid this same problem in the future. I would highly recommend and will use again if the need arises. more

Plumber, Hartford. Had to get some pipes replaced (an expensive venture), and they got it all done in 1/2 a day, saving some expense. As a new home owner, I've had numerous unexpected costs lately, and this was as plesant an experience as it can be when your toilet is backing up. more

Courteous service 4/12/2011

When I discovered a leak in our bathroom, I wasn't sure how to choose a good plumber. So, I looked through the yellow pages and decided to go with Roto-Rooter due to their national reputation. While their arrival time was delayed by like 2 hours, the service manager called me to notify me of the delay and to make sure that this still worked unto my schedule. When the men arrived they were polite, kept my house clean and did a great job. I would definitely call them again, but hopefully I won't have to. more

Our sewer began backing up & we immediately called Roto-Rooter Plumbers in Hartford, CT. They were available on that same night for no extra charge. Tom from Roto-Rooter showed up and was great - he found out that our problem was roots growing into our pipes & gave us a quote to fix it with no pressure at all. We would definately use Roto-Rooter plumber in Hartford again. more

A problem with a clogged bathroom sink, shower and tub at 5:00pm was resolved by 6:30pm by a courteous operator at Roto Rooter who dispatched Wallace to our house. With a quick check to confirm the problem, Wallace explained the cost and what he was going to do to resolve it. He was done running the snake-device 25ft+ into the pipes and cleanup was done promptly. A great job late in the day. more

The plumber that arrived on a sunday night (late) was on time and very polite and was from Hartford, Ct. He worked very efficiently and explained every step and gave a price before beginning all his work. This is first plumber i have ever had to hire and would use Roto-Rooter from Hartford again. more

The service was great, fast and above all reliable. The best thing is that unlike local plumbers who would pick up the phone (or return calls) whenever they can, Roto-Rooter will come to your house within 2 hours, rain or shine, any time of the week; this is a huge plus. more

He explained what the problem was and took the time to diagnosis where the problem was and what needed to be done. He also took extra time to walk me through how to prevent the problem in the future. more

I have been using Roto-Rooter for over 20 years now. They have been able to repair my issues every time. Today, Paul the plumber from Hartford fixed a clogged drain in our bathroom. Paul showed me what the cost was going to be before he began. This was really nice to know ahead of time. No sticker shock! We have 2 sinks in our bathroom and Paul explained to me that this can make the job somewhat more difficult than other clogs. Paul worked tirelously to get the job done. When he was finished the clog was gone and both sinks were operational again. The professionalism that Roto-Rooter shows is second to none. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter services in the future.\r Ted H. more
