When I discovered a leak in our bathroom, I wasn't sure how to choose a good plumber. So, I looked through the yellow pages and decided to go with Roto-Rooter due to their national reputation. While their arrival time was delayed by like 2 hours, the service manager called me to notify me of the delay and to make sure that this still worked unto my schedule. When the men arrived they were polite, kept my house clean and did a great job. I would definitely call them again, but hopefully I won't have to.
