I have been using Roto-Rooter for over 20 years now. They have been able to repair my issues every time. Today, Paul the plumber from Hartford fixed a clogged drain in our bathroom. Paul showed me what the cost was going to be before he began. This was really nice to know ahead of time. No sticker shock! We have 2 sinks in our bathroom and Paul explained to me that this can make the job somewhat more difficult than other clogs. Paul worked tirelously to get the job done. When he was finished the clog was gone and both sinks were operational again. The professionalism that Roto-Rooter shows is second to none. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter services in the future.\r
