Roto-Rooter Plumbers , Sat., 6/12/10 6/16/2010

My basement drain clogged up on Saturday during a very torrential rain storm and more bad weather was on its way. My basement had two inches of water on the floor and rising. Myself and three neighbors were manning shop vacs to remove the water but it was futile. I called my usual plumber, Knochelman Plumbing, was put on hold for 3-5 minutes, told a clueless receptionist that my basement was flooding and I needed a plumber ASAP and was told they could be there on Tuesday. I hung up and called Roto-rooter. The receptionist immediately understood the urgency and said someone would be there within two hours. We bailed the water until their technician Aaron (#1508) got here and within 15 minutes had the drain cleared and the water gone. He wasquick, efficient, knowledgable and clean and now my hero...JB, Ludlow, KY Pros: quick, knowledgable, clean Cons: none more

Great Service 6/14/2010

Within hours of calling Roto-Rooter, they sent me a guy named Aaron. Aaron was very friendly and accompanied me to my overflowed basement. After conversing with him for about 5 minutes, he knew exactly what my problem was and was able to fix it and get my basement to start draining out all of the water which had backed up in my basement. Service is guaranteed for six months, but he gave me helpful hints for the future on how to keep it from happening again. Fast, friendly service and at a reasonable cost. Would recommend again. Pressure Valve Regulator Repair 5/26/2010

I HATE calling repair companies especially for things I know little about. Plumbing falls into that category. ...but I had to, we had no water! Based on reviews and their reputation I called RR. Sean came to our house on time. He was honest and polite, and got the job done in the time he promised. I was happy with the work and could recommend this tech to someone needing a good plumber. -J.Brown more

Roto Rooter Plumbers 3-20-2010 3/21/2010

Sent out Sean after we called about our main drain line backing up into the basement. Very fast response and very professional to deal with! No sales pitch, no gimmicky stuff, just an honest assessment of our situation. He rooted out the drain and got it moving again, and gave us an idea of what our bigger problem might be. While we're not excited about the drain issue (we've only had the house for a few weeks!) we're happy to have dealt with someone who was honest and didn't try to push things on us. \r \r He also had a more positive take on other parts of our plumbing, like the stack, that another service company said should be replaced and would take an arm and a leg to do so! No such pressure from Sean...even said it looked pretty good for now! \r \r Overall, very happy with our service and will definitely be using them again! more

Help 3/17/2010

Wow! my worst nightmare. Main sewer line backed up in my garage. HELP! Roto-rooter was able to come right out. Unfortunately my line is damaged and I need to have it dug up and repaired and its under my concrete near my driveway. Everything was explained perfectly. the cost was much less than I expected. I also was given several options of which way to best do the job. Also I was given payment options. Very stressful situation was handled in a way that helped me immensely. Thanks Roto-Rooter. more

Excellent 2/15/2010

To whom it may concern,\r \r My husband and I made a call to Roto Rooter on Saturday Feb 13, 2010 in hopes of getting someone out to our house to fix a plumbing issue. To our surprise after calling a couple of other places you guys were able sent someone right away. Aaron showed up to our house was extremely professional and friendly. He was able to tell us exactly what needed to be done in order to fix the issue. He was even able to get a hold of another gentleman (can't remember his name) to come out with a camera to ensure everything was cleared out and in good order. My husband (and I) was extremely satisfied considering I am 7 months pregnant and could not afford to go any amount of time without the bathroom. All we can say is excellent job and for anymore problems (no offense but I hope we don't have anymore) you will be our first call. We can't thank you enough!!\r \r Thanks\r Shawn and Brandy more

I had a stopped up kitchen sink, My washing machine was backing up into a stationary tube. Big time trouble. My son ran a snake but it didn't help at all, So I called Roto-Rooter. This was Martin-Luther King day so I didn't expect to get any help till the next day. But they said they would be here in 3 hours, Sean showed up in two. He was the nicest person and he knew what he was doing about the plumbing. It took him a couple of hours to get it all straightened out. Everything works great now, like it should, and I got a 6 month warranty on the work he did. Sean was very professional, while being very nice at the same time. He even cleaned up the mess. Pros: Roto-Rooter deserves their excellent reputation. Cons: None more

Complete Satisfaction with Roto-Rooter Services 1/5/2010

Just recently used Roto-Rooter to replace the main water valve in my mother-in-law's house. Being the holidays, things were hectic, and I had to re-schedule the appointment a few times. Roto-Rooter dispatchers were courteous and kept in constant contact with me as to the arrival time of the technician so I could meet him at the house. The dispatchers and the technician were very courteous and efficient, and the work was performed quickly and professionally. I think Roto-Rooter's services pricing is reasonable and competitive, but you get the added bonus of their excellent work warranty and their dispatching and invoicing systems. Everything is computerized, including the printout of the credit card receipt by the technician on a handheld print device. The efficiency and accuracy of Roto-Rooter's processes and systems really helps to make the problem less bothersome. Roto-Rooter service call on Nov. 25th. 11/25/2009

The gentleman who came to my home was friendly and efficient. He gave me a lot of information on how to keep my drains from getting clogged. He gave us a jug of their special solvent so that our pipes will stay free of debris. I was impressed with his kind words and consideration for my home. He was very clean and curtious.
