Called for service late morning and they arrived around 3:30pm. The servicemen jumped right to work and finished the job. It is amazing how clean they kept everything. My husband and I experienced a leak around the base of the toilet. We called Roto-Rooter in Florence, KY and were very pleased with the service they provided. We received a call when our technician was on his way to our home. When he arrived, he took care not to track anything into our house. He was friendly, courteous, and respectful. He double-checked his work to make sure there was no more leakage before he left, and he told us to be sure to call if we had any more problems. We couldn't ask for better service! more

I was happy to see them pull up and know exactly what to do for my backed up sewage line. They worked quickly to try and correct the problem trying all types of techniques. I had a broken line and they located it with a camera, marked the spot for the repair and set up the job for major repairs. I came home to a giant mess in my hallway/bathroom/furnace hot water heater room. Water and semi ground up food everywhere. Completely disgusting and disconcerting. I called Roto Rooter at 8 PM on Sunday night and tech Chris 1727 was out within the hour, had the problem figured out and solved, called the water restoration people for me to get me on my way with that, and even shop vac'ed up the solids for me so it wouldn't smell. I'm so happy. He did a great job and I'm really pleased. I don't see if there is a way to give stars, but if there were, I'd choose 5 stars.\r \r -Mary Florence, KY more

Florence, KY-The main drain in my basement was clogged/flooded when I came home from work and I called Roto-Rooter around 7p.m. and they sent 2 technicians to my home at 1:15 a.m. They came in and were very nice and friendly and had my drain unclogged and were out of there in 45 minutes! I loved it and I will definitely be calling them again if needed. The best part is they have a 6 month guarantee on the work they did for me! more

Location of service provided: Cincinnati, OH 45236\r We used Roto Rooter for an emergent leak. The service technician, Steve Fullam came promptly, was very thorough, courteous, knowledgeable and affordable. Steve had to come back to continue the repair due to our water not being able to be shut off. We set up a date/time for a return visit there on the spot. When Steve returned it was in the middle of a snow storm and he was still on time. She spent many hours with us fixing other problems as well. He provided us with a nice discount. We were beyond happy with his service and would highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter. more

On February 16th I called Roto-Rooter because I had a drain back up in my bathroom. I live in Florence, Ky and I called the office on 7970 Tanners Gate Lane which is also in Florence. My plumber, Chris 1727, was very knowledgeable and very friendly and easy to talk to. He was very up front with all that needed to be done and the possible cost of it. First real experience with a plumbing service in qquite a while, but I would recommend Roto-Rooter and if you could request a specific plumber I would recommend Chris 1727. more

We had our basement drain back up, fortunately caught it and shut the water off before it became too serious. Service team came out exactly when they said they would. Took a little time to diagnose and fix the problem, but they definitely did the job well. Professional, friendly, and cleaned up the mess (which is always appreciated). more

This morning we had a hot water heater break down, resulting in it flooding the basement of a rental property in Oakley (Cincinnati). Needless to say it was very important to get a new water heater for the tenants (since all water had to be shut off) as soon as possible.\r \r After making several calls to different plumbers Roto-Rooter was able to send a representative within 2 hours. Our service representative, Anthony, was professional, courteous, and extremely informative. He was able to discuss all options and had a new water heater installed the same day. Thank you very much for the help as I and the tenants really appreciate it! I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again in the future. more

We had a wonderful experience with Matt at Roto-Rooter. Our basement bathroom was a mess and Matt spent a few hours trying his hardest to unclog our drain with very little luck at first. But because of his determination he did it and we couldn't be more happy. The customer service the Roto-Rooter team gave was amazing!! We called on a Saturday night and within 30 minutes someone call to let us know Matt was on his way. He was there within an hour...talk about service!! Matt was friendly and outgoing for someone who had to spend his Saturday night with us in Petersburg, Kentucky. \r \r Thank you Matt and the entire Roto-Rooter Team for helping us solve our plumping problem!! more

We had a major problem with our sink disposer. It was jammed and we tried to fix it ourselves. The unit broke, fell out of the sink and the connecting pipes also. We were able to get an appointment that same day for someone to come out. We needed to buy another unit (we wanted a larger one) so the service man connected our pipes so we could use one side of the sink. We were able to get a next morning appointment to have the disposer installed. He was very knowledgable, efficient and gave us information on care and how to unjamb if it happens again.
