Just recently used Roto-Rooter to replace the main water valve in my mother-in-law's house. Being the holidays, things were hectic, and I had to re-schedule the appointment a few times. Roto-Rooter dispatchers were courteous and kept in constant contact with me as to the arrival time of the technician so I could meet him at the house. The dispatchers and the technician were very courteous and efficient, and the work was performed quickly and professionally. I think Roto-Rooter's services pricing is reasonable and competitive, but you get the added bonus of their excellent work warranty and their dispatching and invoicing systems. Everything is computerized, including the printout of the credit card receipt by the technician on a handheld print device. The efficiency and accuracy of Roto-Rooter's processes and systems really helps to make the problem less bothersome. This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter (the first time to clean a drain) and I will continue to call them f
