Review content:
Sent out Sean after we called about our main drain line backing up into the basement. Very fast response and very professional to deal with! No sales pitch, no gimmicky stuff, just an honest assessment of our situation. He rooted out the drain and got it moving again, and gave us an idea of what our bigger problem might be. While we're not excited about the drain issue (we've only had the house for a few weeks!) we're happy to have dealt with someone who was honest and didn't try to push things on us. \r

He also had a more positive take on other parts of our plumbing, like the stack, that another service company said should be replaced and would take an arm and a leg to do so! No such pressure from Sean...even said it looked pretty good for now! \r

Overall, very happy with our service and will definitely be using them again!
