Very professional staff! I had actually scheduled another plumber to come and work on my garbage disposal and kitchen sink, but they called and canceled. I called Roto-Rooter and they were able to still come that day and fix the problem. The service department called to let me know that Wade would be at my house within 45 minutes, and he was. I appreciated them letting me know who to expect because it made me feel more secure letting someone into my home. Wade gave me a fair quote before he began and had the problem resolved in an appropriate time frame. He was very courteous and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter of Lakeland, FL. more

our sewer was backed up and it was on a Saturday. We called Roto Rooter and they promptly sent someone to check it out. The poor guy set up all of his camera equipment to run down the sewer line to find the blockage in a thunderstorm. It was not an easy job and he was determined not to let the weather keep him from finding the cause of the blockage. After digging a deep hole, he discovered that Verizon had damaged the line when they ran their cable for Fios.\r We were very satisfied and will recommend them to everyone. more

After experiencing a pipe backup into my bathroom late at night I called the emergency service provided by Roto-Rooter and they were at my house within 20-25 minutes of the phone call. Had great customer service by the Roto-Rooter dispatcher as well as the technician they assigned to the problem. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem within the hour and had me set up with a cleaning and restoration company to come out to repair the bathroom the very next morning. I cannot say how pleased I am with this Roto-Rooter branch and their fantastic customer service that immediately responded to and fixed my problem in the middle of the night. Thanks again to the entire team for helping me through this one! more

On December 31, 2013 I called the firm that had installed my Septic System and had also\r serviced it for the past seven years. The emergency light had come on and stayed on for the\r past two days. However we had not heard the alarm; .I could not reach them and left a message\r for someone to call me. I did not hear from anyone. I called again and was told that ""we are\r working our way toward you now"". They did not come and neither did they call back to explain\r why. I called again on Saturday January 4th and left a message that we could not seem to\r communicate and I would find someone else to service the system. I stated that I feared a\r ""backup"" in my house and that I had recently had new carpet installed. The possibility of\r having to rip up my new carpet upset me very much. I turned to the yellow pages of the phone\r book and decided that Roto- Rooter being a very large ""chain"" with a very good reputation was\r the best way to go. I called Roto- Rooter that morning and had a representative at my house\r the same afternoon. My Pump and Float had to be replaced. After making my home ""safe""\r from a ""back up"" the representative and I agreed on what needed to be done and it was done\r the following Monday. I am very pleased with the service and the manner in which he\r handled what could have been a very bad situation.\r I did not expect my previous Septic Tank firm to come out in the very bad weather conditions\r that we were having at that time. However, I did expect courtesy and concern which I did\r not get. I recommend Roto- Rooter to anyone.\r \r OC more

We had returned from a long stay from New York and the first time we used the water, we had a leak under our trailer. It happened to be on a Sunday also. We immediately called Roto-Rooter and they were there in less than an hour. The service man was very friendly and sealed off our leak in a timely manner. I was very impressed. We also had him do an estimate to replace all of our plumbing. Although the price was little high, it was afterall on a Sunday. I would recommend them for fast and efficient service. more

Great Service was a weekend call very efficient. Very good communication. Wade had leaking toilet valve repaired quickly and with the most cost effective means. Very hard worker. Was a great relief when I was able to get water on quickly. Roto-Rooter is an was a life saver on a weekend. Lakeland FL. more

I had a lawn irrigation pipe that was repaired by a pump & irrigation company. When the pipe was repaired, sand was forced into the water line. The sand clogged up one toilet and the washing machine. Ronnie, the tech, took care of the issues. He was polite and respectful, asked a lot of questions, and came up with a diagnosis and a solution to the problem. I appreciated that Ronnie was knowledge and asked if there were any other another plumbing needs. Out of all of the service calls that I have had for home maintenance, Roto-Rooter has been the most professional. The price was higher than expected but the service was excellent. more

About a year after moving into my new house I started to have problems. The drain in the shower started to back up so I called Roto-Rooter. Wade arrived during the scheduled time period, was very friendly and knowledgeable, and worked very hard the whole time he was here. (which was about three hours). The problem was diagnosed but they wanted 1200-1600 dollars to replace a section of the main line pipe, which I thought was outrageously high. Will find someone else to do it for cheaper or do it myself. Other than that very good customer service more

We had a major plumbing emergency and they were able to get someone out within just a few hours of our call. The window was between 1-4 and they got there at 1. The tech, Ronnie was very professional, courteous and respectful of our home. He explained everything and took care of things for us. We were really pleased overall with the company and definitely recommend them. more

I just bought a house and after one week living here, plumbing problems.The toilets and showers begin to back up which was not a good sign so first person who came to mind was roto rooter....I called this morning and the technician was to arrive between 1-3. Received a call he was inroute earlier than expected which worked out better for me. Ronnie was a very polite and knowledgeable man who in a short period of time discovered my main line was broke between the house and the septic tank. I feel the charge of $425.00 for this process was a little much and now I have an additional cost of around $475 to replace the pipe. I cannot compare them with anyone else as I am a first time home buyer who is not starting out on a good note. I would recommend roto rooter not for low pricing but for great customer service and employees being knowledgeable and helpful. more

We had a seward problem. We called Roto Rooter company & their people asked what the problem was. Explained the service charge, etc. Scheduled a serviceman to come. Called & said he would be early. Hunter { the serviceman} arrived & looked what needed to be done & the expense. Told to do it. He found the problem in five minutes. Found the problem was a cracked pipe under the concrete pad. He worked digging out & around the pipe. After working in rain, seward from pipe & lousy conditions, the job was completed. All was rechecked & OK. Never have we dealt with a company & person {Hunter}, that went out of their way to repair, fix, cleanup and treat people so kindly as Roto Rooter & especially Hunter. We would recommend them highly. If everyone was as good Hunter, as person & a worker--most people would not be scared to call for sevice. & problems. This is also true of Roto Rooter out of Lakeland, Fl. Thanks again for everything!!!!! more
