On Thursday, June 16, 2011 company was on the way to my house for a weekend visit when a scream of panic erupted from the guest bathroom. Rounding the corner I found my four-year-old standing in a puddle of water with an overflowing toilet. To make matters worse, a mess had backed up into the guest bathtub and master shower.
