Roto-Rooter provide quick professional service with very upfront flat rate pricing. We had redone our shower and grout had fallen (and hardened) into the drain. The plumber was able to solve the problem and get the shower draining in under an hour. We have dealt with several Lakeland plumbers lately and Roto-Rooters is by far the most professional. Dave was thorough, but didn't try to upsell me things that we didn't need (a very pleasant change from the other plumbers). more

Dave was knowledgeable and very effecient. He quoted us a price for the work and that is what it cost. He was very consciencious and cleaned up after he was done and also checked for leaks and repaired them as needed. In lakeland the Plumvers to call are Roto-Rotter hands down. more

On Thursday, June 16, 2011 company was on the way to my house for a weekend visit when a scream of panic erupted from the guest bathroom. Rounding the corner I found my four-year-old standing in a puddle of water with an overflowing toilet. To make matters worse, a mess had backed up into the guest bathtub and master shower. Not knowing what else to do, I called Roto-Rooter. Within thirty minutes Hunter was at the house surveying the situation. Highly recommended! Our initial phone call to the establishment was handled with the utmost professionalism and was immediately provided a plumber. Moreover, Tony #58 was the plumber who fixed our leaking bathtub faucet was very friendly, professional and definitely got the job done. Overall, we were very satisfied and pleased with the service. more

Fast Friendly Service 5/2/2011

We had a blockage in our bath tub when it wouldn't drain after cleaning. I called and was told Roto-Rooter would have a technician at my door in about an hour and a half. Nearly to the minute that was the case. The technician cleared the blockage, gave us tips on preventing new ones, and left us a complimentary bottle of drain cleaner/shield. I'm not happy I came home to another household problem to address after a long day at work but Roto-Rooter definitely made the problem bearable with the fast response and friendly, courteous technician. more

Review 3/24/2010

Our problems began on Feb. 19, 2010 when we experienced the unpleasant situation of our toilets backing up in our shower. Have a plunger & snake I spent several hours trying to free up the drain, finally realizing this was a futile attempt on my part, I looked in our local telephone book for a plumber. Looking through the book & becoming totally confused on who to call I came across the full page ad for Roto-Rooter. I had seen their ads on tv so my decision was made. Within a few hours a young man Paul had arrived. He located my septic tank & dug up the access lid which revealed my tank was full. By this time it had become dark around 7:00 PM and he ordered a truck to pump out the tank. Promptly at 9:00 AM on Saturday he arrived with the truck & pumped the tank. Paul then inspected with the truck and I determined the problem was in the drainage field which was about 20 years old. To make a long story short Paul & Nick ordered the permits and inspector to perform a perk test on the soil. After several days for these tests & permits to be finalized they dug up the old drainage field and installed the new lines.These guys did a wonderful job and stayed 2 nights well after dark to complete the work. They were very professional & competent and I thank them for their concern of our situation. Pros: Very responsible more
