Review content:
I had a lawn irrigation pipe that was repaired by a pump & irrigation company. When the pipe was repaired, sand was forced into the water line. The sand clogged up one toilet and the washing machine. Ronnie, the tech, took care of the issues. He was polite and respectful, asked a lot of questions, and came up with a diagnosis and a solution to the problem. I appreciated that Ronnie was knowledge and asked if there were any other another plumbing needs. Out of all of the service calls that I have had for home maintenance, Roto-Rooter has been the most professional. The price was higher than expected but the service was excellent.
