Awesome Job! 1/6/2012

My sump pump had broken; the backup water system was running non-stop; and the backyard faucet was leaking. Two other plumbers cancelled my appointments! Roto rooter made the appointment immediately and came to the house within hours! The technician (Kerry #380) quickly fixed all the plumbing problems. He was neat, courteous and I felt comfortable having him in the house. I would reccommend this technician and company to anyone in the area! more

No extra charge for Holidays and 24 hour service 11/26/2011

My sewer line clogged up the night before thanksgiving and when I first found the problem I was very upset and scared of how much it would cost me to fix. I called roto-rooter and they said it would be a free visit to assess the problem and tell me how much it would cost. it did take them about 6 hours to get here after that but they kept me in the loop which was fine because I had errands to run anyways to get the turkey ready! When they did get here, the tech. let me use my coupon even though my printer was also having difficulties and so far now two days later the problem has been fixed. Not how I wanted to spend $218 for ""Black Friday"" but, the problem is solved. more

My husband called Roto-Rooter at 6:00 AM today informing them of a sewer problem with water back-up in our basement. They said someone would be out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. that day. True to their word, they called at 7:45 am to let me know a service tech was on the way. Jason arrived shortly after and promptly diagnosed the problem giving me an estimate. He was able to clear the blockage with minimal mess to the basement. What water was discharged in the basement, he cleaned up with a shop vac. His prompt, professional service was appreciated and he very clearly explained the six month guarantee and the follow up visit that will take place in a few days to guarantee the line is definitely clear. I was very satisifed with the quick efficient service provided. more

BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER 9/1/2010

Roto Rooter is the best?..my basement plugged up and the water was knee high. I called in the morning and they came out that same day. I was so happy to get the problem fixed. My bad news was my outside pipe was broken; it now cost $3500.00 to fix. I did not have that money, The Roto Rooter guy stay outside on his phone for over an hour trying to get me approve for the money with Wells Fargo. The smile on my face was priceless, because I knew my credit was bad. They came the next day to do the job, upon fixing the problem they came into some more problems, they tried to get my limit to go up but it could not?I thought they would stop working but .. the BEST THING HAPPENED one of the boss from Roto Rooter stopped by and told me I can pay the difference to them? i could not believe they would do this for me?.now I have my pipe fix and time to make the money?Thank you Roto Rooter with all the trouble I have been having, I thank you for being human with me and not just another company. more

Great Service 7/24/10 8/14/2010

My basement pipe plugged up. It had been acting up in the sense that it was running slowly since I had bought my house, but then it just stopped. I called expecting to hear that someone would be out Monday (it was Saturday afternoon) and they said that a technician would be out within the hour. The service was fast friendly, and most importantly, affordable. My drain is now working great! more

fast, prompt service 7/1/2010

Discovered our main drain/sewage line was plugged with roots growing from trees in our yard. The service that day was guaranteed for six months and we had an additional treatment added to make sure the roots would not grow back through the pipes for up to a year! We are so thankful to be able to use water in our house again without the basement flooding! As a graduate student, finances are tight, so it is hard to have to pay for this service, but it was absolutely necessary, and considering our problem was fixed so quickly, each cent was worth it! more

Veterans work for Rotor Rooter 4/28/2010

When my plumbing went down on the house I bought this past 3 years I called the local Rotor Rooters and when they gave me the horific news of what was to be done and the cost I became to have a PTSD attack. I am 62yrs and I wont be able to retire but I will have a toilet. Anyways Brian and his crew are veterans and they knew what to do for the nurse veteran. They got me calm and I grew to really love them. I will call Brian back if needed but as I told him I hope that will never be. KUDOS for Rotor Rooter Pros: Good men more

Had a backup problem in my basement, late at night on a Sunday - but the technician/plumber was sent out right away after the dispatcher explained how the situation would be handled. The service was excellent and effective. Options were explained, as well as possibilities - and what could be done from there. The technician cleared up any confusion for me and showed me my main line on his little camera - which was neat. Overall, great service. Pros: Prompt, excellent service more
