Had a backup problem in my basement, late at night on a Sunday - but the technician/plumber was sent out right away after the dispatcher explained how the situation would be handled. The service was excellent and effective. Options were explained, as well as possibilities - and what could be done from there.
The technician cleared up any confusion for me and showed me my main line on his little camera - which was neat. Overall, great service.
