My sewer line clogged up the night before thanksgiving and when I first found the problem I was very upset and scared of how much it would cost me to fix. I called roto-rooter and they said it would be a free visit to assess the problem and tell me how much it would cost. it did take them about 6 hours to get here after that but they kept me in the loop which was fine because I had errands to run anyways to get the turkey ready! When they did get here, the tech. let me use my coupon even though my printer was also having difficulties and so far now two days later the problem has been fixed. Not how I wanted to spend $218 for ""Black Friday"" but, the problem is solved.
