Roto Rooter is the best?..my basement plugged up and the water was knee high. I called in the morning and they came out that same day. I was so happy to get the problem fixed. My bad news was my outside pipe was broken; it now cost $3500.00 to fix. I did not have that money, The Roto Rooter guy stay outside on his phone for over an hour trying to get me approve for the money with Wells Fargo. The smile on my face was priceless, because I knew my credit was bad. They came the next day to do the job, upon fixing the problem they came into some more problems, they tried to get my limit to go up but it could not?I thought they would stop working but .. the BEST THING HAPPENED one of the boss from Roto Rooter stopped by and told me I can pay the difference to them? i could not believe they would do this for me?.now I have my pipe fix and time to make the money?Thank you Roto Rooter with all the trouble I have been having, I thank you for being human with me and not just another company.
