My husband called Roto-Rooter at 6:00 AM today informing them of a sewer problem with water back-up in our basement. They said someone would be out between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. that day. True to their word, they called at 7:45 am to let me know a service tech was on the way. Jason arrived shortly after and promptly diagnosed the problem giving me an estimate. He was able to clear the blockage with minimal mess to the basement. What water was discharged in the basement, he cleaned up with a shop vac. His prompt, professional service was appreciated and he very clearly explained the six month guarantee and the follow up visit that will take place in a few days to guarantee the line is definitely clear. I was very satisifed with the quick efficient service provided.
