My house was flooded when I got home from work late Friday night, my water heater tank has been leaking. I called plumbing companies and I got the voice mail to leave msg. But when I called Roto-Rooter, a representative actually answer the phone and was very helpful. She sent out a very knowledgeable plumber to my house immediately. Anthony was very helpful and took the time to explain details about water heaters and its life expectancy...things most women would not know. He informed me of what need to be done...replacing water heater and contacting water mitigation. He gave me different options and explain which would best fit my situation and budget the most. He's not pushy. He was not being a salesman. He was here to help me solve my problem. He came back the next morning to replace the water heater. He did a great job and did not leave any mess for me to clean up after. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone. I have a wonderful experience!! His tech-id is #62-220
