Review content:
We had been having problems with the toilet in our guest/kid's bathroom. I tried everything I could think of to fix it but wasn't getting anywhere. I finally had to call a professional when I realized that we were having company over for a Memorial Day bbq and really needed that toilet fixed quickly.
I was first surprised that Roto-Rooter was open that day and next surprised when they said someone would be at my home within an hour! Donald arrived right on time and quickly alerted me to a few problems we were having. He found the major problem (an object that was stuck in the pipe of the toilet thanks to my 2 yr old!) and tried every trick in the book to get it out. He never gave up and was very careful not to crack the toilet or cause any further damage. When everything was through, he helped clean up the floor and offered us some very helpful tips for our other plumbing issues.
Donald and Roto-Rooter truly saved our Memorial Day. Can't thank you guys enough!!
