I needed to move a bunch of items from Miami to W Palm beach . Usually one would get a local company... but Rockland M&M Moving was highly recommended, and since they do come to florida quite often I agreed. I am very pleased with there service. From office staff to the movers, they are all very polite, understanding and care about ur items!! Not a single piece was damaged. I reccomend them to others Great job u guys! more

Eleanor at Rockland Moving was very helpful, kind and considerate to all my needs. I moved my office to a different location so it needed to be done ASAP so I can continue work. They were there and gone within 3 days of me calling. A pleasure doing business with them! more

They are terrible!! They NEVER SHOWED UP!!! We waited 4 hours for them and they kept telling us the driver was on the way.. or he was in the parking lot.. Terrible terrible people. more

Excellent Customer Service 8/10/2011

Alex at Rockland M&M Movers is great. Prompt response to my emails and phone calls. And handled my last minute changes no problem. You deal with one person the whole time and that was reassuring. I did?t have any item lost, I will use Rockland M&M Movers for my future moves. I'm a big fan of giving credit due when customer service is excellent--and Rockland M&M customer service is top notch. I found a couple places that would ship for slightly cheaper--but you get what you pay for, which is a big consideration when you are talking about all your possessions. And, frankly, some of the other moving companies didn't 'feel' right--I know that is very subjective, but it does come down to trust. I highly recommend Alex and his crew at Rockland M&M Movers. more

I was very impressed with the moving crews energetic level and strength. My move went very well and i thank them for all their hard work and and kindness. it is my pleasure to be able to write a review in this site. I dont understand how this company can get bad reviews because it s really a great company. I guess its because everyone cannot always be happy. Something that is good for me might not prove good for others as well. So whoever may go with this company, i will tell you that i am sure you will not regret about your selection. Their price is a little higher than some other companies but i assure you that it is well worth it when you take into account the quality of the services. They are a professional company and these men know how to move and handle our furniture. Thanks again Rockland M&M Movers it was really a pleasure doing business with you! more

This time I moved with Rockland M&M Movers. Let me tell you how I started. I talked with the rep , Alex. he was good and knowledgeable. At the first go he guessed my impulse and gave me a clear vision of the charges. He was good with the service knowledge as well. I booked their service. The driver came to my place at the right time and did whatever he was supposed to do. They were smart people, did not wait for my stupid instructions. Did their job and drove off. Had to follow them to the weigh station. I used to disturb them every now and then to get the moving updates but they never turned me down (they always answered by call). The driver called me to pick up the belongings. He was the same driver who had collected my stuff from Florida. It was good to see him again in the new place. The move was good, my things were in their original shape. As a consequence I'm HAPPY with the move. more

we would like to thank Rockland M&M Movers for our recent move from Norcross to Alpine. Our sales rep, Alexander DAvis was terrific and very patient with us throughout the entire process. We were assigned our moving crew and contacted by Alex from the office 3 days prior to the pick up and given the number of our mover, Steve and he called the next day to confirm pick up. Steve and his crew (3 others) showed up on moving day and they were an absolute joy to work with and be around. As hot as it was and as big a move as it was, they stayed upbeat the whole day. They were so thankful when we brought lunch home and thanked us repeatedly. They packed up, wrapped up and loaded 16,000 pounds in one day. They were on their way and showed up in Alpine 3 days later with the same crew same truck. The move was the best most proficient move we have had. We would certainly recommend this company and use them again if we ever move. more

Had a 4 bedroom house moved from Atlanta ,GA to Richmond, VA. Went online and got a lot of responses from moving companies. Alex from Rockland M&M Movers called and I told him what I told everybody else. I am willing to work only with companies who will send someone over. 3 companies agreed and we set appointments. 2 companies didn't show up, Rockland M&M sent George over. We walked around the house, he listed everything and explained the process. I felt comfortable also because they didn't push for a decision. On the day of the move Rockland M&M showed up early and started wrapping and packing. We were done by 3pm and we went to my parents' house to stay the night. Its been 32 Days and Rockland Movers won't deliver my items! 7/26/2011

I hired Rockland Movers (aka M & M Movers) after researching companies on the internet. I didn't really find anything negative. I spoke with my salesman, Alex Davis, many times asking questions regarding his company. He never mentioned "3rd parties". Once Rockland picked up my furniture, I learned that it is actually sent to a warehouse owned by All USA Van Lines. These people have had my furniture for over a month now and refuse to deliver it. They set up deliveries according to destinations, if your furniture is not heading in the direction of one of their trucks, they will just hold it in some warehouse. I have sent emails, I've called (no one EVER answers the phone or return phone calls). I'm basically been told to "just wait it'll get there eventually." In the mean time, I'm sleeping on the floor, eating out of paper products and sitting in a lawn chair. I would advise anyone moving to NOT use thses people, just pay a few bucks more for a more reliable company. Very disappointed and very concerned that I've paid for someone to STEAL my furntiure. more
