This time I moved with Rockland M&M Movers. Let me tell you how I started. I talked with the rep , Alex. he was good and knowledgeable. At the first go he guessed my impulse and gave me a clear vision of the charges. He was good with the service knowledge as well. I booked their service. The driver came to my place at the right time and did whatever he was supposed to do.
They were smart people, did not wait for my stupid instructions. Did their job and drove off. Had to follow them to the weigh station. I used to disturb them every now and then to get the moving updates but they never turned me down (they always answered by call). The driver called me to pick up the belongings. He was the same driver who had collected my stuff from Florida. It was good to see him again in the new place. The move was good, my things were in their original shape. As a consequence I'm HAPPY with the move.
