I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Vitamin C Facial 1/4/2012

I received from Ginny R. who I see only for my personal and wonderful facials. Ginny gives the most relaxing and very comforting facial each time that I come. I usually see her definitely once and/or twice a year, but it is well worth my distance of 60 miles R/T, to travel, to receive a beautiful relaxing facial. Ginny is GREAT! Love, love the tranquil room too. more

I have been going to Mirela for waxing and facial services for over 6 years and can honestly say that there has not been one time that I have not been extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Mirela is an asset to your organization! more

I have been going here for several years now, and never have had a bad experience. From the time you enter the door you are greeted with great service and courtesy. The people are friendly and always ready to help.. If you need a place for Hair care, this is the place to go. more

My continuing experiences at Robert Andrew Salon & Spa 1/2/2012

I use Robert Andrews for my waxing. And while waxing itself isn't the most "exciting" or 'pain free" experience one can have I would not have mine done anywhere else by anyone else. :) more

Have had better experiences 1/2/2012

I was getting my nails done for my birthday. First, my appointment was canceled 15 minutes before my appointment due to not having a credit on file. When actually I had a credit card on file, but no one thought to thoroughly investigate the situation before cancelling my appointment. Second, after the discrepancy was cleared up, for my pedicure, I was placed in a broken chair that did not adjust or massage. The best of the pedicure for me is the massage. I was cheated of the great experience that I usually have at Robert Andrews. Happy birthday to me more

Terrible Haircut 1/2/2012

I have had two haircuts in a little over a month. The first cut I was talked into trying but did not like it. My fault I should have fixed it then. After trying to work with it for weeks I made another appointment. I ended up with the worst haircut I have ever had. It was obvious that the hairstylist did not understand what I wanted so I asked for a book to show her. It was amazing to me that the spa had no books with pictures of cuts to show the haitstylist what I wanted. The hairstylist was nice and tried but I have ended up with a cut that is not acceptable to me. The atmosphere is great but I did find the fountain area where you wait to be rather loud. I waiting for a response to see if they can possible make this haircut right. more

Once again, the level of service - and my haircut - were superior. Bryan always does a fantastic job on my hair, and everyone from the front door on in was welcoming and pleasant. It may be a little more expensive here, but it is worth every penny. You get more than you pay for here. more

Massage, Pedicure and Manicure package 12/30/2011

On 12/29/11, my massage took place in an upstairs room that was very cold and could not be warmed up, it was difficult to relax and enjoy it. My manicurist raced to complete me before my daughter's manicure was complete and I came away with lots of skin tags and cuticles that weren't finished. The pedicure was lovely (by a 3rd person). more

i recently spent an afternoon at R. Andrews..I had three treatments..massage, facial and pedicure.. all three we're excellent!! this was my first pedicure at robert andrews and Ty was wonderful,,, In the future I will get all on my pedicures at RA's as long as Ty is there!! thanks, sandra barrett more

Overall Experience 12/29/2011

The overall experience was absolutely relaxing. Suggestions that should be considered: Aroma therapy while the massage would be a plus during the relaxation experience. Although the manicure was beautiful, the standard manicure only lasted for two days inspite of me using gloves to protect the finish. But overall, the experience was good.
