I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Worst

I was very dissapointed on how loud it was is the Tranquility Room. Way to many women who had no respect for those who were trying to relax. Women having long, loud conversations,...

Great service but awful close out 2/8/2012

I had an excellent facial but when I went to go pay they once again ( like the 1st visit) could not find the gift card in the system. I waited 20 mins and when I left still no resolution. I am still waiting for a call back! more

I experienced a wonderful manicure by Lisa and an amazing pedicure by TJ. Lisa is very personable and took her time to give me the best manicure. TJ gives amazing foot massages and took her time. I have the smoothest feet I've every had! more

ALWAYS feel pampered 2/7/2012

Going to Robert Andrew's is ALWAYS an amazing experience. The skill of all who provide services are exceptional. When doing any spa service you are definately pampered and made to feel special. My two favorites are Dusty (Spa Services)working magic facials, and Brian (Hair Salon) who does a fabulous job on my hair. Great experience, If someone hasn't been to Robert Andrews, they are missing a real treat right in our neighborhood. Would go to Robert Andrews as a destination spa trip. I am so lucky they are close. more

Great Massage 2/7/2012

I come for a massage every three months with a group of girlfriends. This time I had a massage from a new therapist, Daniel. He did a great job, very professional. My experience at Robert Andrew is always wonderful. I enjoy all the extras, like the relaxation room and the sauna, and the staff at the desk is always happy to help us book our favorite therapists. more

I had an extended hot stone massage. Max was an excellent massage therapist. He listened to my concerns with my muscles and worked on those areas. His touch was sublime. In general Robert Andrew Salon & Spa is wonderful. I particular like the relaxation room. I will say that the women's changing room is small with only two bathrooms and limited sinks. More space would enhance the experience. more

Ive been coming to RA for eight years now and have been seeing Lara or my nail care for over a year. She is always great and I hope to have her for my nail care for as long as time will allow. She deserving of a promotion!! Thank you! 😊 FNL more

Wonderful relaxing experience. My service provider was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. It was the end of the day, but I could very well have been the first client of the day given her demeanor. Would definitely recommend and ask for her again. more

Love the full service 2/4/2012

Robert Andrews is convenient and offers a lovely full service salon. It's nice to get everything taken care of at the same place. Only issue at times, and it's not really an issue if you plan the time, they are very busy and stylist run two clients simultaneously during part of treatments (while I process, someone else is starting with my stylist). The sharing doesn't bother me and someone is there to wash my hair and keep things going, but it does take more time. Yes, the salon does book me for the full time so I'm not pushed out, but hair color/cut (nothing real fancy nor long) is 2.5-3 hours. Still, love the convenience and full service. more

Not a professional place 2/3/2012

This was my 2nd visit for a facial. Instead of using calming products for my skin as requested, harsh irritating products were used. My skin looks worse. more
