I was just there Monday. As usual, my massage therapist Ashley was awsome. Very soft spoken and a pleasure to be around.

Gift Cards Don't Work 2/2/2012

I recently tried to pay for my Robert Andrew bill with a $100 gift card I received. The person at the check-out told me that the card had a zero balance. I persisted and she got a manager. She said it was showing as a zero balance and was I sure I didn't already spend it - which was really insulting. She also said this in front of several people. I said no I hadn't spent it. So the manager asked if I knew who gave it to me. I said I received several gift cards from different people. The manager had to actually pull up the accounts of those people to find the purchase. She did find it and said that the Robert Andrew employee must have typed in the wrong number so the card was showing as having already been spent. The card did have $100 on it. This took so LONG to get to the bottom of. When I got home I had to call the people I gave gift cards too and tell them what to do if the same time happened to them. Next time, I will just give them cash and then can go to another Spa. more

Amanda is the greatest 2/2/2012

I have had Amanda a few times completely enjoy her services. I try my best not to fall asleep becsuse it defeats the purpose if you're not awake to completely enjoy your massage. I just wish I had know about the chocolate wrsp becsuse I could've added that into my appointment. Need birthday specials for your clients. more

This particular therapist, was far too chatty and his massage hurt! Even when I asked his to lighten up. Not a good experience especially as it was a birthday gift to myself! more

Noise in the Tranquil Room 1/29/2012

Please pay attention to what is going on in the tranquil room it is not tranquil. People there together are whispering loudly. the woman serving lunch was yelling loudly for Jennifer. The conversation from the ladies room was loud and boisterous. Perhaps you should hand out a card at chech-in reminding people to keep conversation to a minimum. If they must talk, keep it to a minimum. Whatever can be done would be appreciated. I enjoy the services there and would hate to leave and go somewhere else. A reminder ro your therapists to use there "inside" voices would also help. Thank you Laura Minor more

Bikini Wax 1/27/2012

2nd time with Jessica. She is professional but also very personable. The room was comfortable and very private, the table was even heated. Not that a bikini wax is ever "enjoyable", but this was a pleasant experience. more
