Haircut 1/16/2012

Always have a great haircut from Eileen. I'm not sure what I'll do since she retired. One issue I have is that after buying gift cards worth $200.00 I received a $25.00 gift to use on any service for $60.00 or more for myself. I tried to use it on my next haircut, but since the haircut was $55.00 and I couldn't add product to the bill to reach my $60.00, I wasn't able to use the $25.00 gift. more

Loved every minute! 1/16/2012

I was given this for my Birthday & I must say it was AWESOME!! As soon as you walk in you are greeted by very friendly staff. Then you get ready for your services by waiting in the tranquility room. Which I would be happy just to stay there all day too! :) haaa!! Every service I had that day was so wonderful & I would totally recommend this place to anyone I know! I hope I continue to get gift cards to Robert Andrews & If not I will buy myself one!! :) I LOVE ROBERT ANDREWS!!!!!!!!! more

I found the whole experience to be exceptional I wish that I could have spent extra time but my money was funny so I did not. The excercise table was excellent and the person giving me the massage was good to the nth degree. more

Noise in Tranquility Room 1/15/2012

I was very dissapointed on how loud it was is the Tranquility Room. Way to many women who had no respect for those who were trying to relax. Women having long, loud conversations, talking and laughing, in which, in my opinion the Tranquility Room is not the place for that. In addition, the woman that was coming in to fold blankets and refill tea and water station was way to loud. Everytime she would open and close the door, she would let it slam shut, and she knew what she was doing because she would apologize afterwards, however she did not change what she was doing. more

The place vs. the people 1/15/2012

Good morning and thanks for the opportunity to provide feedback. My visit to your spa was a first time and came though a Christmas gift from my husband. I found the massage area to be absolutely gorgeous with great attention to detail. I found the main area (sales/facials/hair/beverages) to feel very commercial and warehouse-like. I didn't like how the folks on the first floor approach you like car salespeople. The girls at the spa desk were very professional and welcoming. I had indicated on my sign-in sheet that i didn't like scalp massage but I got it anyway and was asked questions that I had answered on the sheet so it appeared it had not been read. more

Amazing Pedicure! 1/12/2012

I've been a client at RA for several years now, strictly for pedicures. I cannot speak for RA's other services. Their nail technicians are the best that I've found. Living in Baltimore, I've tried other spas, both 'Asian-run' and not, closer to home that charge less and I've never been as satisfied. One experience even caused an infected ingrown toenail that had to be operated on by a Podiatrist. Bottom line: you get what you pay for. more

They are slipping a little 1/12/2012

While the services I recieved were fine, the overall experience has slipped from the top notch that it was a couple of years ago. There in middle of a Sunday afternoon, and the regular coffee was already empty; music from the overhead speakers seems to have disappeared in the pedicure area. Little things that didn't used to happen. more

Hair Cut and Style 1/12/2012

Hope my hair stylist is professional and offers ideas on how to cut and style my hair. She mixes up my style and I love it. My co-workers always compliments me after I go for a cut and style, as well as, my husband. Hope is fantastic and I am one of her followers! Also, the shampoo service is excellent especially when your head and neck gets a massage. I have received Excellent Service from the time I walk into the Salon until I leave! more

Peaceful day 1/11/2012

My birthday was to days after Christmas, my husband gave me a spa delight gift card. I normally don't like to go by myself but this time I decided to. It was fantastic, the massage was so nice just enough pressure to relieve the sore muscles. The facial was so very relaxing I love all the wonderful scents they use. It was a perfect morning. more
