Review content:
I recently tried to pay for my Robert Andrew bill with a $100 gift card I received. The person at the check-out told me that the card had a zero balance. I persisted and she got a manager. She said it was showing as a zero balance and was I sure I didn't already spend it - which was really insulting. She also said this in front of several people. I said no I hadn't spent it. So the manager asked if I knew who gave it to me. I said I received several gift cards from different people. The manager had to actually pull up the accounts of those people to find the purchase. She did find it and said that the Robert Andrew employee must have typed in the wrong number so the card was showing as having already been spent. The card did have $100 on it. This took so LONG to get to the bottom of. When I got home I had to call the people I gave gift cards too and tell them what to do if the same time happened to them. Next time, I will just give them cash and then can go to another Spa.
