Awesome! 4/4/2011

Had my haircut with Hope! She is awesome. This was the second time she cut my hair. I brought in a picture both times of exactly how I wanted my hair and she made it exactly how i wanted it. This time around, I went for a more stylish haircut and she showed me how to style it at hone and what toils I would need. She is definitely awesome, I'd go with her again! I love my hair more

Facial w/Sami 4/2/2011

I loved my facial with Sami. She took the time to find out what my problem areas were and what I hoped to gain from the facial. She did that before starting and then she just let me enjoy the facial! Which I love because I don't like a whole lot of talking while I'm getting the facial done. She left my skin glowing! She wasn't a pushy sales person after the facial either. She let me know what products she used after the facial was over and then I was able to decide if I wanted to buy anything or not. Absolutely loved her! more

Best Hair Experience to Date 4/2/2011

I could not be more thrilled with my experience at Rituals. Everyone there, from the receptionists, to the interns, to the hairstylists, are very friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need and that you are getting what you want with your hair. Jenny was an AMAZING stylist who picked the perfect colors and did such a great job. They really take their time with you and make you feel pampered and important. I would go back in a heartbeat! more

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Rituals. It was the best - ever. Friendly, professional and courteous service. VERY CUSTOMER -ORIENTED. I felt pampered -- AND listened to. I love my new haircut - going back for color in a few weeks. It was a terrific experience! more

This is definitely the best salon experience I've ever had. I was even 40 min late to my appointment and I was treated like a VIP customer. Complimentary messages, coffee, great atmosphere, friendly workers and great work. more

More than a Haircut 3/23/2011

The hairdresser "Jenny" was happy to listen to my hair woes and help plan a course of action for my badly botched haircut. She then offered me water, coffee, or tea. Then a nice aromatic neck rub and on to the haircut. I don't think it could get better! more

Brilliant Advice Saves the Day 3/18/2011

I am always happy with the service I receive at Rituals and this visit was no exception. I was getting ready for a trip out of the country to an area with lots of insects. I relayed to Nicole that one of my primary concerns on this trip would be to prevent mosquito bites. She then brought up something I hadn't even considered: scented hair products might attract them. I'm so glad she did! I ended up purchasing the unscented items she suggested and I was the only person on my retreat who didn't end up with mosquito bites on my scalp! Kudos to Rituals for having such well informed staff and a huge thank you to Nicole as well! more
