I could not be more thrilled with my experience at Rituals. Everyone there, from the receptionists, to the interns, to the hairstylists, are very friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need and that you are getting what you want with your hair. Jenny was an AMAZING stylist who picked the perfect colors and did such a great job. They really take their time with you and make you feel pampered and important. I would go back in a heartbeat!
