I've been a customer at the vdlencia Aveda Rituals Clour Salon for a couple of years now, but recently my regular stylist left. Since she switched to a non-Aveda salon I felt strongly about staying faithful, not only to the product, but more so the salon, the atmosphere and the service. Switching to a different stylist can be scary, so I asked the lovely receptionist (whom btw pours me a jug of my favorite Aveda tea as soon as I walk in the door) for their best "blond coloring expert". I took her advise and had my first appt with Angie today, and I was just absolutely wowed! She shared a wealth of knowledge about the coloring process and applied it with great confidence and a super pleasant attitude. I was so impressed with the research she had done prior to my arrival. Angie had reviewed every detail of my chart and studying all about my previous visits and experiences. I walked out of Rituals Colour Salon with a bright, bouncy and fun new style that I absolutely love. Thank you Angie! To top it all, the owner Ren? herself thanked me personally for my loyalty to the salon after losing my stylist. I feel valued at Rituals, and that makes it even more worth it! Aveda salons have always been good experiences for me, and this one surpassed all of my previous experiences. My stylist Nicole gave me a brilliant consultation, understood precisely what I wanted, and executed perfectly. It was a dramatic haircut from what I walked in with, and I couldn't have been more pleased. As well, the Aveda 'experience' from massage to mini-facial were done perfectly.
